'The hotel was clean, affordable, and offered a great breakfast. The only nit was when the toilet got clogged and , instead of sending someone to fix it, they had my son go to the front desk to get a plunger to fix it himself.'

'Although the carpet appeared to be vacuumed daily, it still felt sticky and had an unpleasant odor.
And I believe it is because the windows in the room were fixed windows, so I was unable to open them during my stay to carry out recycling.'
