Ik had deze hotel gekozen voor uitzicht tot haram maar kreeg een kamer met uitzicht naar troep terwijl ik vooraf hierover had bericht gestuurd naar het hotel. Was erg teleurgesteld.

Fantastic hotel, within close proximity to Masjid Al Nabawi. It should be noted that the walk to the women's section is slightly longer as it's closer to the opposite side of Masjid. Large, spacious and clean rooms. Breakfast spread was reasonable with a good choice of options available. I would definitely consider staying here in the future.

Bathroom was absolutely dirty and trash. Concierge wasn’t the greatest. Room service was good. Room was extremely small. There should be an exhaust in the bathroom.

For our trip we stayed in three hotels in Saudi: The Conrad Makkah was by far the best and made a once in a lifetime experience even more memorable, the Hyatt House in Jeddah was very very clean and fresh and airy for the price, a lovely hotel room and breakfast buffet…. and unfortunately the weakest of the three was the Pullman ZamZam in Medina. I’ll start with the positive: the Pullman ZamZam in Medina has an excellent location 5-10 min away from Masjid al Nabawi and is very clean. No complaints here. Also the water bottles are free which is nice. Now for the less than ideal…. It’s not The Pullman ZamZam’s fault they are an older hotel but their prices do not reflect this. I would have given the Pullman ZamZam a more favourable review had I not stayed at the exquisite Conrad Makkah or if it cost half the price. The Conrad and Pullman were similarly priced (one could even argue the Conrad was cheaper given we got a suite with a view of the Haram on the weekend and stayed at the Pullman without a view during the workweek) and on every dimension the Conrad was leaps and bounds better and more luxurious and comfortable. In particular; the Pullmans breakfast buffet resembles a high school cafeteria while the Conrad is a true 5-star hotel breakfast buffet (and again - both were the same price!!) We had a pleasant stay at the Pullman but we couldn’t shake the feeling of overpaying after staying at the Conrad Makkah and even the Hyatt House in Jeddah.

First of all their customer service is terrible, they prefer their own people upon any other nationalities. They are clearly Racist. It’s not even 5 star. Please stay in any other hotel, all of the other staff is good except Arabic staff. We all are paying the huge amount of money and we need same type of customer care. I am not going to stay in zamzam again. They don’t even turn on the lights on the corridor, it looks haunted at night time. They need to improve in order to be 5star.

I try to iron my expensive custom made Jalbab, was 🔥 burnt i asked for replacement of the pressing iron they took about 45 minutes to respond, they promised to send a staff to collect two pieces of clothes to iron but no one show up i was so disappointed.

I would rate this hotel 5 Stars. The Gentleman who checked me in, Mr. Aalaa, was absolutely superb and very helpful and facilitated the upgrade at a very reasonable cost along with the breakfast. He gave us the option to look at several rooms and then choose the room that meets our needs. Its walking distance from the Masjid Nabawi and close to all amenities and shopping areas. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to stay nearby the Masjid Nabawi. TWO THUMBS UP!

I really enjoyed the stay at the Pullman. The personnel is very responsive. I had issues with the Tv they right away send someone to fix it. I didn’t like the room and the manager gave me another one. I highly recommend this hotel it is walkable to the masjid and the staff is wonderful!

As a frequent traveler who appreciates the comfort of five-star accommodations, my recent experience at Pullman Zamzam Madina fell far short of expectations. From check-in to check-out, the overall service and amenities provided were lacking, failing to meet the standards one would typically associate with a top-tier hotel. Throughout my stay, I found the level of service to be inconsistent and below par. Requests made to the front desk were met with indifference or delayed responses, and there was a noticeable lack of proactive assistance from staff members. The dining options at the hotel were also disappointing, with limited choices and overpriced, mediocre fare that failed to impress. Overall, my experience at Pullman Zamzam was deeply disappointing. For a hotel that touts itself as a five-star establishment, the reality fell far short of the mark. From subpar accommodations to lackluster service, every aspect of my stay left much to be desired. I would not recommend this hotel to discerning travelers seeking a truly pleasant experience.

I stayed at the Pullman Zamzam Hotel recently, and to say I was disappointed would be an understatement. This once prestigious 5-star hotel has clearly fallen from grace. The service was lackluster at best, with staff showing little to no friendliness or professionalism. It seems like they've forgotten the meaning of hospitality. The amenities were subpar and outdated, far from the luxurious experience one would expect from a top-tier hotel. It's evident that the standards have drastically declined, and this establishment no longer deserves its 5-star rating. Save your money and find accommodation elsewhere, as the Pullman Zamzam Hotel is simply not what it used to be.

Pros: quick check in regardless of the crowds, big rooms,close to Masjed Nabawi (closer for men, a bit far for women), nice shops in the area, late check out offered till 1:30 pm. Cons: biggest issue is cleanliness, found blood drops on bathroom floor, 2 of the 6 complimentary water bottles were open and a little consumed (I guess they thought we wouldn’t mind?), toiletries were mix and match, asked for slippers 3 times in one hour to be delivered.
