Less than a minute from Callao and Gran Vía, 5 from Sol, 7 from Plaza Mayor and 12 from the Royal Palace WALKING, it is the ideal place to visit Madrid without having to take public transport.



With capacity for 2 guests, here you will find everything you need to have an unbeatable stay.



In a building with an elevator, the apartment is on the 2nd floor but in any case you will have to go up or down the stairs, since the elevator will leave you on the mezzanine and to get to the apartment you will have to go down a section to the apartment.



* As you can see in the photos, the apartment consists of a single space with a double bed and a charming balcony that overlooks Calle Preciados.

* It also has a bathroom, but the toilet area has no separation.

* The shower, which is integrated into the rest area, has a screen.

* There is no kitchen but it has a very practical space with a refrigerator and a microwave where you can have a drink thanks to the utensils and the small bar.



It is a warm and welcoming space, used and oriented to provide the best stay for the guest.

The house has air conditioning and heating through a Split type air conditioning unit with a heat pump in the room.

Restricted area by car: If you come by car, take into account the new regulations in force, which obliges you to park your vehicle in a car park unless you have an electric or plug-in hybrid car.





In addition, our apartment is located on a PEDESTRIAN street, in such a way that it will not be possible to reach the door of the building by car.



Being right in the center and facing the outside, there may be some noise at night.



The apartment is located on a mezzanine, in such a way that you will have to go up a flight of stairs if you get off on the 2nd floor, or go down it if you get off on the 3rd floor



Once the reservation is made and before arrival we will need you to check in online, which is nothing more than the registration of your data for the established control that we must carry out.



Access to the building is through an automated system that is activated with your mobile phone, so it is important to have a phone with internet, at least for check-in. To access the apartment you will do so with an access code created only for you during your stay.
