Beautiful view and great location!
This lovely apartment fit our family of 7 with plenty of comfortable space! It was minutes from the Atocha train station and the Metro with lovely "Las Delicias" restaurant across the street. They were accommodating giving us an extra hour so that we could fit in our Royal Palace Tour that had to be rescheduled due to official business at the Palace. We loved being in the heart of Madrid!

Well Located Flat Close to Atocha Train Statiom
Our family really loved the location of this flat which was right next to the Atocha Train Station. We found it to be within walking distance of many attractions in a neighborhood that had tons of restaurants and pier markets. AC worked very well which came in handy as it was hot!

Very close to Atocha train station
We selected this property because it was very close and easy to walk to/from the Atocha train station. It is about a 15-20 minute walk to the plazas or other notable places to see or eat. The apartment is located in the top floor (5th floor) and there is a small elevator as well as staircase. We appreciated that this apartment had room for everyone to have privacy or spend time together.

We used the apartment much more than intended!
We had a very good experience at this rental! Soon after we arrived, we both got sick, so needed to stay inside for the majority of the time! Rented it for 5 people, but the others didn’t come due to our illness. We were so thankful to have plenty of space to stretch out in, prepare our meal, etc!

Great location. Nice apartment
I stayed here with Y spouse and 3 kids (ages 11-14). The location was lovely. Gabriella was helpful meeting us during a terrible rainstorm and helping us acclimate to the apartment. The linens were clean and fresh. The apartment was clean. Only cons (and this is so nit-picky) were: the kitchen only had 2 bowls. With 3 kids who all wanted cereal for breakfast, we had to be creative. Also there were sugar ants in the kitchen and bathrooms (a couple in the bedrooms). Nothing major- and I’m certain that it I had reached out to management, these issues would have been addressed immediately. But we were there for only a couple of nights and these were not significant issues. I would absolutely stay here again and would highly recommend this apartment.

El apartamento está fenomenal!! Como en las fotos! Nos alojamos 4 adultos, 3 niños y 1 bebe y nos encantó la casa. Si bien tuvimos incidentes las dos noches del finde que nos quedamos: el viernes dormimos sin persiana en la habitación principal (por estar encajada) y el sábado fue imposible dormir por la fiesta que tenía el vecino, música a tope y muchísima gente en el apartamento de al lado hasta las 3 am…conclusión: el apartamento es ideal pero la estancia puede compliacarse por culpa de los vecinos.

The location was excellent to walk to all areas around Atocha including Plaza Mayor and Peurto del Sol. 3 bath with 2 showers was great. I could walk around corner to get fruit etc for breakfast etc. Virginia helped greatly at check in and was exactly where she stated etc. NO problems at all.

Location was great!
Location was great and that was about it.... As soon as we arrived at the train station, I called the number provided via Whatsapp. I got no answer. I then received a call back using regular phone service and was not able to hear the person on the other line. I called 2 more times and finally spoke with a guy who said that Virginia was on her way to the apartment to meet us. We arrived at the apartment and waited 30 minutes before a guy from the apartment, who we believe might have been the building engineer, called building management to let them know we were waiting. Eventually Virginia arrived and was super abrupt and short with us. You could tell she was in a hurry to get the check-in process over with. We asked for restaurant suggestions and she said she would send me some via Whatsapp, those suggestions never came. We also asked about taking a train to the Madrid airport for our flight home, she said it was one direct train...she was wrong. We were thankful they did not grant us a late check-out as we needed that extra time to figure out the transit system to the airport. After we entered the apartment, it was still being cleaned. It was another 15 minutes before the cleaning lady was finished and left. The bedrooms and bathrooms were clean but the smaller bathroom had a shower draining problem. We also found cobwebs in the living room area and the couch in that room definitely needs to be deep cleaned. Lastly, this apartment has VERY thin walls. We could hear lots of yelling throughout the 2 nights we stayed here which woke us up in the middle of the night. The first night we heard a man and woman fighting at 3am and went on for a good hour. The smaller of the bedrooms would probably the best room to choose for a good night's sleep as it does not share walls with other apartments.

Good apartment in a great location
The apartment was plenty large enough and comfortable for our family, and the location can't be beat--right by the Reina Sofia and Atocha. Communication with the owner was excellent, both prior to our stay, as well as during the stay with some unexpected noise from an adjacent apartment. A suggestion would be some written info regarding neighborhood shops like grocery and cafe.

Great location and the apartment is great for families
The apartment was comfortable although the bathrooms are a bit small. The apartment receives a lot of natural light, comfortable living and dining space. It was nice to have a washer and the apartment was stocked with toilet paper, extra blankets and towels. We did feel like the floor needed mopping but everything else was perfect!

Roomy with a Good Location
We rented this condo for 6 family members plus a 7 month old and it was certainly roomy enough. Having 3 bathrooms was very convenient and the living dining room was large enough to accommodate all of us at the same time. The location was central to the sites, metro & train station as well as shopping (food & clothing) and parks. The condo is well stocked with dishes & towels and the black out blinds are amazing and though you are on a busy street you do not hear the noise in the condo. However the place is completely devoid of any cooking spices, oils, salt, pepper etc. It would be nice if the items purchased by the previous renters were left behind for the next renters to use. Though there was soap for 3 laundry washes & 3 dishwasher washes it was not enough for 7 people for a week. The bathrooms were fine however the beds were quite hard and I would recommend mattress toppers be added. My husband & I slept on the sofa bed as it was memory foam mattress and much more comfortable to sleep on. If you have a car then parking can be a real issue. Though it is free from 9:00pm to 9:00am after that you have to move it every 2 hours from one zone to another or you can park it in a parkade one block away. Getting around using public transport would be your best option though unfortunately that wasn’t possible for us. Overall The condo worked well for us and as mentioned the location was great.

As a courtesy some basic things for cooking, soap, shampoo and toilet paper are provided for the beginning of the stay. Spacious, Clean, and with Wonderful Owners
This apartment is spacious, centrally located, and the air conditioning works incredible. What really makes this apartment shine is the owners. They went above and beyond to help one of us, when they left a phone in a taxi. This was in no way their problem, but they took it upon themselves to call and hunt down the driver and phone. I would recommend the apartment (and owners) to anyone. Thanks for a wonderful 4 nights!!!

Clean, safe & centrally located.
This apartment was walking distance to the Atocha train station and to city buses. It was super clean. Supplied with sufficient towels, comfortable beds, perfect showers, and fully stocked with kitchenware. Spacious enough for six women and well decorated. Could use a bigger coffee pot for American guests. Great midtown location with grocery stores, pharmacies & bakeries nearby.

Great property with perfect location!
We went to Madrid to visit our daughter that is studying abroad for a semester. We wanted a place that could accommodate the entire family as we were all traveling from different parts of the US. This apartment was perfect for all of us and was just as it is pictured on the site. Ignacio was a great host, greeting us upon arrival and answered all of our questions. The location was perfect, walking distance to the metro/train station and very near many of the attractions we wanted to see. Since the apartment was on the fifth floor, we did not hear a lot of the street noise that we would have if we were on street level. The apartment had everything we needed, a great view and the wifi worked perfectly. We would definitely stay there again if we are ever back in Madrid. Thank you for a great week!

Excetional Apartment in Madrid
Absolutely loved our stay in the apartment. I chose it due to proximity to Atocha Railway station. Best for all rail comnections. 2 stteets away. The apartment had everything down to handwash lotion. Like a 5 star hotel. 2 bathrooms. 3 bedrooms. Good loinge. Jorge our host was terrific. Would love to stay again. 5 stars.

Amazing Apartment & Location!
We stayed at this beautiful apartment in Madrid and it was wonderful. The apartment was clean, nicely decorated and extremely comfortable and spacious. Beatriz, our host was very helpful before we got there with any questions that we had and once we arrived she was very accommodating with our luggage situation and with any information that we needed. The location was excellent, at walking distance to the metro, train station, museums, grocery and bakery stores. We would most definitely highly recommend this apartment and stay there again on our next visit.

Great Location, Comfortable Apartment
This apartment is located very near Atocha Train Station and various Metro lines making transportation in and around Madrid and the region very easy and convenient. No need to travel far for decent restaurants, groceries or sights, though. Everything you need is within walking distance. Accommodations were very comfortable--really appreciated coming home each evening to air conditioning in every room after having spent the days in Madrid's 100 degree August heat. Having the option to use the elevator rather than climb the stairs after long days of sight-seeing was also a nice bonus and plenty of bathrooms (two and one-half) made it easy to get out the door and start our exploring early every morning. I'm a light packer so having a washing machine in the apartment was also something I very much appreciated. All in all a great experience here, I would definitely rent this apartment again!

This Madrid apartment was PERFECTION for our family of 5!!!!
Where do I start? I usually don't write reviews; but HAVE to for this apartment and Ignacio. The apt is in a great location; it is quiet, easy to sleep at night, close to a market (that had everything we needed to make breakfast and dinner- with 3 teenage boys, it was more cost effective for us to cook in at night and it was delightful to open the windows, have some wine and cheese and make a meal while the kids unwound in their rooms). Each child had their own bed and the rooms are plenty big...the icing on the cake is that there are 2 full baths and an extra bath with a toilet. I still can't believe how much space this apt has. Ignacio was right there to greet us when we arrived and walked us through the apt, showing us how things worked and where things were. He answered questions we had regarding the washing machine, promptly, a few days into our trip when laundry piled up. Never once was the tv on...because we enjoyed sitting together at night (if we were home- the nightlife in Madrid is great!) and recapping our day. The apartment is a block from the Metro and high speed train. Cabs are never a problem and a bus stop is right outside the door. VERY clean...and the beds were so comfortable...we are considering new mattresses! Stay here- it really made our trip to Spain memorable and relaxing. Great apt. Comfortable beds. Great location with restaurants, groceries all around.
Perfect place for the five of us. Steps to the train station. Plenty to do and eat in the area and easy to get to the heart of the city. Very close to park as well.

FANTASTIC!
Beautiful home! Very close to Atocha train station making it simple to explore towns outside Madrid like Segovia and Toledo. Easy several minute walk to central Madrid and museums therefor did not have to use Metro or Bus. Air conditioning worked great! Hope to return some day!
