This apartment is not rented for tourist stays, but rather exclusively for seasonal stays, with a seasonal rental contract governed by Law 29/1994, of November 24, on Urban Leases. Under no circumstances does the rented property serve as the tenant’s permanent residence.

This luxurious three-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment is located in the iconic Ventas neighborhood, one of the most well-known and traditional areas of Madrid.

Upon entering the apartment, you are greeted by a spacious and bright area that combines the living room, dining room, and kitchen in an open-concept layout. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary utensils and appliances, perfect for those who enjoy cooking during their stay. Down the hallway, you will find the first full bathroom, elegantly designed with a shower, serving the two initial bedrooms. The first bedroom is furnished with two comfortable single beds measuring 90x200 cm, ideal for guests seeking a restful stay. The second bedroom, also with two single beds of 90x200 cm, includes the added convenience of a Smart TV. The master bedroom stands out for its size, featuring a 180x200 cm double bed, a Smart TV, and a contemporary en-suite bathroom with a shower. All the bedrooms come with built-in wardrobes, offering ample storage space for a worry-free stay.

The apartment is equipped with centralized air conditioning and heating, ensuring optimal temperature year-round.

Situated in a quiet area, guests can enjoy a wide range of cafés, bars, and some of the city’s best restaurants. Additionally, it is excellently connected to public transportation, with access to various metro lines and buses that link to the rest of Madrid, making it easy to reach the city’s main points of interest.

** For monthly stays, water and electricity supplies will be included up to a maximum of € 100 per month. If the expenses are higher, the guest will have to pay the difference. The corresponding invoice will be sent by the accommodation to the guest to verify the expenses**

During your stay, the access to the property is limited exclusively to the number of individuals specified at the booking process. Consequently, entry to the property is strictly prohibited for persons not registered as guests. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in an additional charge amounting to 50% of the total cost of the stay as a penalty, or alternatively, immediate expulsion from the accommodation.
