This delightful 36 m2 property offers a comfortable and inviting space for your stay in this incredible city. It is located on the basement level; however, guests must climb some steps to get to the hallway.

It is modernly designed with a small living area and kitchenette. The living room has a twin style single sofa bed that can be opened downstairs and converted into another single bed, ideal for two people.

The open-plan kitchen provides a welcoming environment for socializing and enjoying meals together. It includes essential cookware and cutleries to make delicious meals.

The bathroom has all the amenities you need to freshen up, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

Cleaning will be done before your anticipated arrival.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

Madrid, Spain’s vibrant capital, is a city where history, culture, and modern energy blend seamlessly. Stroll through the Puerta del Sol and Plaza Mayor, explore world-class museums like the Prado and Reina Sofía, or admire the grandeur of the Royal Palace. The city’s charming neighbourhoods, from the elegant Salamanca to the bohemian Malasaña, offer a mix of history, shopping, and nightlife.

Food lovers can indulge in traditional tapas at lively markets like San Miguel or savour a meal at a classic taberna. Whether you’re enjoying a sunset at Retiro Park, cheering at a Real Madrid game, or experiencing the city’s legendary nightlife, Madrid’s energy and warmth make it an unforgettable destination.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest subway station, Delicias, and the bus station, Batalla del Salado - Embajadores, are just a 2-minute walk.

Adolfo Suárez Madrid–Barajas Airport is a 20-minute drive from the property.

Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen, and we will gladly provide an additional charge.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
