This is a nice hotel away from the center but close to Metro station but they have a misleading payment policy that Expedia should be aware of and list it when booking, I reserved a room to be paid upon arrival but they charged my credit card without my authorization 2 weeks before arrival when the free cancelation selected option expired, what concerned me is that they never provided a receipt and the room still appear as unpaid in Expedia, I contacted the Hotel requesting the payment receipt but they never answered me, Expedia customer support was useless asking me for a screenshot of the processed payment when they should know bank and credit card apps restrict screenshot, I'm an Expedia Gold Member and travel to Europe frequently so this is the first hotel I encountered this payment issue, very disappointed in Expedia customer support as a VIP member so I won't be returning to this hotel due to this billing issue...
