Very good for an airport hotel; spacious, nice rooms, unfortunately not to much to enjoy for the late arrivals... For the price they charge, it would have been nice to have a spa as other hotels around do. Great breakfast buffet that starts early, so for the early traveller a chance to have a BF before the flight. Can't tell more because arrived around 11PM and left at 6.30AM

Excellent hotel and location to airport. My only complaint is the information on how to get the shuttle from Airport to Hotel was not clear. I got the Airport help desk to call the Hotel for instructions. Even with that glitch in the process I highly Recommend this hotel!

Hotel Alameda is very convenient to the Barajas airport. The property seems on the older side but is well maintained. Many options for eating in the adjacent neighborhood. We found a very goods tapas bar - BLT - and had a good final night dinner before flying home the next morning.

Room was stuffy. AC/fan didn’t work and was set on a fixed temperature. Having an airport shuttle was nice. Getting from the airport took much longer than expected as we had to stop at the other terminals. I would have probably stayed at another hotel and pay for a taxi since we already had a long travel day.

False advertising. I picked this hotel because I wanted a hotel near the airport for my flight in the morning after traveling back via train to Madrid. The purpose of my stay was to get a good night's sleep, be able to work out in the morning, and have a nice breakfast. I received none of that. It was a noisy, hot warm, the gym had four pieces of equipment, not even a treadmill, and the breakfast was meh. Also, the airport shuttle included was advertised that you could take it anytime but the times were very scheduled times. I would have not chosen this hotel because it did not fulfill any of my needs.

They have shuttle bus to airport but you need to sign up for it on check in so be aware. Earliest one is 4:30 which worked for me. The food from restaurant was good and had a room service.

Good Hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Good location close to the airport. Frequent shuttle to the airport almost 24 hours/day. Dinning option at walking distance . Excellent breakfast buffet at the hotel .

It was an okay-ish stay. The place seemed was built with grandeur in mind but they haven't given it the proper upkeep recently. The thermostat was broken, the restroom's trashcan was broken; toiletries were what you would expect from a 2 star hotel. It was, however,very close from the airport and they provided a free shuttle. So it can be very efficient if you don't care too much about details and just want a place to crash for a couple of hours and take a basic shower.
