Great location which is conveniently located between two main metro stations. Great dining options and the morning breakfast was exceptional. Extremely friendly staff. Would definitely recommend staying at this location.

Hotel itself was nice and clean. I had a negative experience when it came to breakfast. I was mislead to believe that breakfast was included, as the room card I was given stated that it was included. On the first morning, I specifically asked if breakfast was included, and there no issues. On the second day, when I went to go get breakfast the person and front desk said it was not and that they made a mistake the day before, but still charged me for it. I would have rather they be honest than being sneaky and misleading.

Very clean, very nice staff, everything right but no air conditioner at 20* is not possible when they state they have air conditioning included as an amenity. The staff couldn’t do anything about it because it is a managerial decision and the whole hotel had the a/c unavailable.

The location is perfect, the hotel for the price is also perfect. Internet defficient and the staff to help to solve the issue was even worst. Second time at the hotel and we felt no welcome for some people at the reception. Actually revising the previous reviews people think exactly the same. Everything very good except for some people at the reception.
