We offer you a spacious and modern apartment right in the heart of Madrid, with spectacular views of the Plaza Mayor and the San Miguel Market. It’s perfect for adventurers, business travelers, families, and large groups. It’s very well connected by bus and metro, though if you’d rather enjoy a stroll through Madrid, you can walk to the city’s main tourist attractions.

The apartment is equipped with all the amenities, including air conditioning and heating, cable TV, memory foam mattresses and pillows, and all the necessary kitchen utensils. We guarantee you a wonderful stay!!! As this is a historic building, it has stairs and no elevator.

IMPORTANT! We have two other apartments with similar features in the very same building; please check with us regarding availability for groups of more than 12 people.

The apartments are located in the Plaza Mayor, so you’ll be surrounded by all kinds of amenities: restaurants, shops, supermarkets, and more. In this very square, you’ll also find a tourist information center where you can get information and plan the best way to explore the city. The San Miguel Market, where you can enjoy Madrid-style tapas and cuisine, is also just a few meters away.

It’s very easy to get around, whether on foot—since all the attractions are close to the accommodation—or by metro and bus. The nearest metro station is Sol (lines 1, 2, 3, and Renfe Cercanías), and throughout the area (La Latina, Ópera, Sol, etc.), you’ll also find various bus routes that will make it easy to get around the city. There is also a public parking lot in the Plaza Mayor.

On the day of departure, you must vacate the apartment by 11:00 a.m. so that our cleaning service can enter.
🚫 Basic rules.

Check-in: starting at 3:00 p.m.
Check-out: before 11:00 a.m.

Parties and events: Not permitted.

Occupancy: Only guests included in the reservation and properly registered may stay, including children.

Smoking: Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment. Smoking is only permitted on the terrace if the apartment has one and smoking is allowed there.

Noise: Please respect your neighbors’ peace and quiet and avoid disruptive noise. Quiet hours: Monday through Friday, 10:00 p.m. to 10:00 a.m.; holidays, 12:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.

🧹 Apartment Care

Leave the kitchen tidy, the utensils clean, and the trash in the appropriate bins.

Take care of the furniture and report any damage or lost keys to our team.

🛏️ Your Stay

The accommodation includes bedding, towels, a fully equipped kitchen, and utilities such as hot water, heating, and Wi-Fi.

Failure to comply with these rules may result in the termination of your stay in accordance with the booking terms and applicable regulations. Monaro is not responsible for the loss or theft of personal belongings.
