Fantastic!
Fantastic apartment! We stayed in this apartment for 3 nights only, but have been very impressed with the level of service provided. Vicente has provided a well appointed place to stay. It has everything you could possibly need, and more. From a dishwasher to a washingmachine, from towels to even electrical toothbrushes. You really only need to bring your clothes. There is private parking in the garage, a pool with lifeguard, and even public transport cards are available. Only load 10 trips on them at a reduced price and off you go. The location of the apartment is in a residential area with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The city center can be reached by metro in about 35 minutes. All in all, we highly recommend this apartment!

Nos quedamos por dos noches y fue todo muy bien. Vicente es un grandisimo anfitrión, con amabilidad, cercanía, hizo que nos sintieramos muy cómodos. La casa está súper completa. Nosotros volveremos a repetir sin duda. Tienes el metro, supermercados, bares todo muy cerca. No necesitarás alquilar coche, ya que fuimos con esa idea y al final no fue necesario. Como he dicho anteriormente, recomendable 1000 x 1000. Gracias Vicente por tú buena disposición para ayudarnos en cada momento y por tú cercanía.

Short, but Magnificent Visit to Madrid
Vicente was an exceptionally attentive host. He communicated with us before our arrival, made sure we had a place to park (even parallel parked our bulky rental van), and sat down with us to give us the scoop on trsnsportation & what to see & do in our short time! The home was very clean, well-stocked with all the necessities, and though it was not in the center of town, it was very easy to get to the Metro & walk the neighborhood to get groceries, etc. Everyone had a comfortable bed (4 adults & 3 teenagers) and could charge all their devices! We felt very safe & well-cared for. Muchismas gracias, Vicente!

Location très propre, bien équipée, dans une résidence calme et proche de toutes commodités, la station de métro est à 5 ou 10 minutes à pied. Accueil particulièrement agréable. Great experience with this place and in Madrid.

Unfortunately we couldn't take the booked holiday because of travel problems, so I can't say anything about the apartment, but Vicente is a super nice host. He is very accommodating and you can ask him anything. It's a pity that we didn't get to meet him personally.

This place is just fabulous! We really enjoyed our stay! Our host was very accommodating and gracious! The location is within walking distance to many local restaurants and is near a grocery store and a Metro. This makes this location super convenient! The house is very clean and had beds for all 5 of us. We Would stay again!

Vicente the Vrbo host was absolutely fantastic. He was so helpful and was on top of our reservations arrival and departure times. Some Vrbo you don’t know what you are going to find, Vicente kept us informed and met us when we arrived and was so helpful explaining the property and gave us great suggestions for restaurants and places to visit. I highly recommend this Vrbo.

Fantastic place
We very much enjoyed our stay. Very close to the airport and train station to anywhere. Vicente was very kind to meet us and outline some areas we should see in the immediate area and around Madrid. Very close to some great little restaurants that kept us well fed. Highly recommend this rental!

Vincente was a wonderful host! He met us when we arrived, made himself available during our stay and at check-out! His house is very spacious, well-equipped and had access to the pool which was great with the 100degree heat! I would highly recommend his house!

Comfy, cozy, and easy access to city
Vincente was the ultimate host! He showed us how to operate everything in the house and then gave us maps of Madrid and showed us how to go about getting there and where the highlights were. It made our tour of the city so much easier. The home is well- equipped and the beds were comfy. There was plenty of room for our family of four and there were beds to spare! Having two bathrooms and laundry was very helpful as was having a safe place to park the car in the garage. There were basics in the fridge and pantry like milk and juice and sugar and salt and pepper. The was a bowl filled with snacks and there was shampoo and soap in the bathrooms. Everything we might need was already there. Amazing! The neighborhood is new but there are stores and places to eat and it is very safe and just lovely. Of all the places we stayed in while touring Spain, this was our favorite. Definitely the best! Our hearty thanks to Vincente!

Hemos estado dos matrimonios y 3 niños durante el puente de la Constitución y solo podemos decir que la vivienda es una maravilla con todas las comodidades y multitud de detalles. En cuanto a Vicente, el propietario, es muy atento y nos ha facilitado todo lo que hemos necesitado. Un 10 en todos los sentidos.

Great host, apartment, and location!
Vicente was a wonderful host who went out of his way to familiarize us with the neighborhood and how to get to and where to go in Madrid for our brief stay. We all wished we had been staying a week! He was very prompt in picking us up from and taking us to the airport. I recommend highly this place.

Wow!
Très beau séjour chez Vincente. Appartement très propre et bien équipé : cuisine très fonctionnelle. 4 chambres avec lits et oreillers très comfortables: 1 chambre avec lit double et 3 chambres avec lit simple (2e matelas pour faire lit double dans chacune des chambres avec lit simple) Belle grande terrasse bien équipée Mention spéciale à Vincente qui a pris le temps de nous accueillir et nous renseigner sur le voisinage: métro, épiceries, etc. Piscine avec surveillant. Nous avions peur que la proximité avec l'aéroport soit dérangeante, mais pas du tout, nous avons à peine entendu ce bruit. Merci Vincente!

Everything you need and more
We wrapped up our stay in Spain with this home primarily due to its proximity to the airport - we had an early flight the next morning (and because it seemed to provide nice amenities for an overnight stay). Late in planning it, we asked if our friends traveling with us could also stay in the home overnight as they would have had a long drive to the airport in the morning from where they were staying (resulting in 4 adults, 5 children: 11, 14, 14, 16, 17). Vincente was absolutely wonderful in accommodating us with this request. Had we known how well appointed, comfortable and perfect this was for our large group, we would have selected it for the FIRST leg of our trip as well. Vincente had thought of all the little things we could need: spare toiletries, snacks, etc. and was a joy to communicate with. The home has a lovely garden/patio we used, onsite parking, stocked kitchen and bathroom and HBO (so we could watch the Game of Thrones premier!!) Clean, safe and large enough for 9. Oh, and though only a 5-10 minute drive from the airport, we heard NO airplanes overhead. Perfect location, gracious, flexible, accommodating and lovely host. Highly recommend - Will be back.

Vincenze was terrific--picked us up at train station, and took us to hotel the next day--very comfortable house, with lovely garden to enjoy late afternoon wine and restaurants close by--great for a family, reasonable and easy access to downtown by metro or train if you want to economize--not deluxe but comfortable--

Très belle location très bon accueil
Vicente nous à accueilli à l'aéroport nous a donné toutes les infos utiles: plans bonnes adresses... il est toujours joignable et répond rapidement.nous étions une famille avec 3 enfants et il y avait vraiment tout ce qu'il faut et largement. En résumé si nous revenons à Madrid nous choisirons sans hésiter cette location. Merci Vicente pour tout accueil chaleureux👍

Une famille avec 3 enfants sont très gentils et instruits, pour mon a été un plaisir d’apprendre à les connaître, et j’espère que nous nous reverrons dans l’avenir. La propriété est propre et silencieuse. Vincente est très sympathique et nous a donné beaucoup d'informations. La piscine dans la résidence est un réel atout spécialement en été pour se rafraîchir. À recommander.

Parfait, comme à la maison - Perfecto, comme en la casa !
Nous avons été très bien accueilli par Vicente qui nous a tout expliqué sur l'appartement et surtout parfaitement conseillé sur Madrid : plan du quartier ( avec les commerces et les transports ), un plan du métro de Madrid et un plan du centre de Madrid avec les activités culturelles et touristiques. L' appartement est très spacieux, 4 chambres, un grand salon-salle à manger, 2 salles de bain, une cuisine entièrement équipée, une très grande terrasse-jardin au calme. La climatisation fonctionne trés bien, le parking est directement accessible par ascenseur. La piscine de la résidence est accessible de 11h à 21h, grande et surveillée par un secouriste. A notre arrivée, nous avons eu à notre disposition du lait, des jus de fruit, de l'eau, des viennoiseries pour les petits déjeuners et les capsules de cafê pour la cafetière. Tout était parfait! Merci encore pour l'accueil. Je recommande vivement cette location.

Perfect for a group!!!
We recently stayed at this apartment and were totally awed with the accommodations, amenities and location. We needed to be near the airport and this apartment was super close. The most amazing thing is that I have never stayed in a VRBO accommodation that was so well equipped. Anything you could possibly need and more was included. Vicente was absolutely wonderful and helpful, the beds were comfortable, the outdoor patio was huge and it was the perfect place for us to stay. Thank you so much Vicente!

Ningún problema, todo facilidades
Fuimos 10 personas a la casa, todos familia con 2 niños y la casa está perfectamente equipada hasta el más mínimo detalle. Estaba muy limpia y en un estado perfecto. Es ideal para vacaciones en familia o un grupo de amigos, barrio muy silencioso y con todo tipo de servicios cerca. La ubicación es muy cómoda ya que la boca del metro está a 5 minutos andando y como la casa dispone de plaza de garaje no hay que preocuparse del coche. Vicente, el dueño está pendiente de todo para que la estancia sea agradable, siempre dispuesto y servicial. Sin duda volveremos porque nos quedamos con ganas de estar más días, estuvimos muy agusto. Experiencia inmejorable.
