It is modern with a lot of charm.
Very specious with a very big living room - billiard table that can convert for a dining table.

The apartment has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
Basically the apartment has 5 bedrooms but on weekdays we advertise the apartment also for smaller groups so to reduce the price we close 2 rooms.

The sofa bed can be converted for a bed with a real mattress.
The apartment was designed by an interior designer.

No keys to lose or to return!
You can lock and unlock the door with your personal entry code issued to you for the duration of your stay.

Although we had key free we provide a host to check you in and help you for your check in process (if you prefer not just let us know).
Our lovely host will welcome you when you will arrive to the apartment and will give you all the information you need and some tips for anything you may ask for.

The apartment is exceptionally connected through public transport with the airport and train stations. The neighborhood has several parking spots but we are not recommend because city center is closed for vehicles (only for owners) so you can highly get a penalty. If you decided to had a vehicles so the most closer is in Calle del Dr Cortezo, 15, 28012 Madrid, Spain (opening 24 hours)- 150 meters from the building. The daily price is 29 euro.
Other things to note
Regular arrival time 15:00-20:00 after this hour there is an extra fee.

20:00-22:00- 10 euro,
22:00-24:00- 20 euro,
Later then 24:00- 35 euro.
Need to be pay by cash only directly to the host
