Geweldige vakantie Kempinski
8 dagen in het Kempinski hotel verbleven. Mooi hotel, schone kamers en vriendelijk/behulpzaam personeel. Mooi strand en prima ligbedden. Goed eten. Iedere dag van de week een bepaald thema menu. Wij hebben half pension gekozen en dit is prima bevallen. Denk ik ook aan te raden omdat het eten anders nogal prijzig is, dit omdat alles moet worden geïmporteerd. We hebben 2 dagen een auto gehuurd om het eiland te verkennen, moet je wel doen als je iets wilt zien. Het resort ligt wat afgelegen. Het huren van een auto kost 40-60 euro per dag. Aan 2 dagen autohuur hadden wij voldoende. Lekker rondrijden en mooie strandjes zoeken. Excursie naar de eilanden La Dique en Praslin gedaan (geregeld via het hotel), zeker een aanrader als je van mooie stranden houdt. Excursie is niet goedkoop, maar zeker de moeite waard! Bij het hotel zit een duikschool, goed materiaal. O.a. meerdere haaien, roggen, papegaaivissen e.d. gezien.

Eind februari 10 dagen verbleven in dit hotel. Het hotel is goed verzorgd, mooie grote kamers met 2x per dag schone handdoeken. Het grootste nadeel van dit hotel is dat het ligt in the middle of nowhere. Je ben dus verplicht om in het hotel te eten en dit is megaduur. Voor een glaasje bier betaal je €10,- buffet €65,- pp. Je bent dus bijna verplicht om een auto te huren €60,- per dag. Helaas hadden wij een groot deel van de tijd veel regen of bewolking. Helaas kun je dan geen kant op. Het activiteiten programma is beperkt en zou wat uitgebreider mogen. Op het strand is het personeel zeer gedienstig, ze brengen regelmatig een kan water en een yoghurtje. Het strand is wit maar heeft veel rotsen, overdag hadden we laag water waardoor je pas na 16.00u kon snorkelen. Hou je niet van snorkelen zoek dan een andere locatie, want het stikt hier van de zee-egels. Kortom mooi hotel in een mooie rustige omgeving.

I am sorry to hear that you were not lucky with the weather during your stay and completely understand that you felt a bit isolated in the resort - our location is indeed rather secluded. All products (food & drinks) have to be imported to the Seychelles and therefore the prices are rather on the high side compared to other destinations but we do offer a Half Board option at a discounted and competitive supplement for only +55 EUR per person per night for all guests to save here. I hope you still enjoyed your time on the Seychelles and that we will have the chance to welcome you back soon on another occasion - with hopefully more sun (the monsoon season is ending now). Dit hotel ligt erg afgelegen..
Het hotel is prima maar ligt erg afgelegen. Voordat je bij de ingang bent moet je bijna 3 kwartier lopen. Een auto is vereist...anders zit je echt vast aan het hotel. Excursies zijn duur en kun je beter zelf regelen

We do have indeed quite a long entrance road from the gate to the lobby due to the size of the resort grounds but we do offer a car shuttle service to the gate free of charge so that our guests do not have to walk. Heerlijk hotel super mooie omgeving
Heerlijk hotel. Prachtige baai. We waren er voor de ofiiciele opening en ze zijn nog drukdoende de laatste zaken op orde te brengen. Er was nog onvoldoende staff, maar de staff die er is is uitermate vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het water is glas helder en vergeleken met alle andere baaien waar we zijn geweest is het water hier glashelder en als je iets verder de zee in gaat is het een groot feest. 1 groot zee aquarium waar je in zwemt! Top. Probeer eens lekker te steengrillen bij Maria's Rock Cafe en met je voeten in het zand lekker visje eten bij Chez Julien. Een echte aanrader is ook Achor Cafe waar ze super vis hebben. Gezellige bediening en super relaxed.

Wir haben dieses Hotel als unseren letzten Aufenthalt auf den Seychellen ausgewählt. Leider sieht man den Zimmern trotz Renovierung sehr an, dass diese bereits in die Jahre gekommen sind. Zudem hatten unsere Zimmer einen sehr moderigen Geruch! Der Service entspricht leider nicht der unglaublichen Freundlichkeit die wir auf den Seychellen kennen gelernt haben, man bekommt leider keine Unterstützung wenn man Hilfe benötigt , muss lange auf Getränke warten und wird am Strand gar nicht bedient. Leider nicht das, was man von einem ausgewiesenen 5-Sterne Hotel gewöhnt sein darf. Von den noch andauernden Renovierungsarbeiten haben wir nichts wahrgenommen Die Lage am Strand ist super, leider Schränken die Korallenbänke das Baden etwas ein. Kleiner Tipp, Anse Soleil nicht weit entfernt ist, ist für uns einer der schönsten Strände von Mahé. Jeder Strand auf den Seychellen hat seine eigene Charme und Einzigartigkeit.

We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights, when we got to the room we saw that there was a problem with the TV, we called to report it, they told us that they would fix it tomorrow, the problem was not fixed, and every time I called to check, we got a different answer. We paid for a 60 minute yoga class, the class lasted only half an hour, one day when we returned from the pool we called to ask for another towel, it took them 35 minutes to bring it to us, a disappointing service experience and does not justify the price of the hotel.

Overpriced. Food and services are really, really expensive. Front desk is not up to the task, they let people jump in front of you for no reason. Also, there was a problem with my booking but they wouldn't try to fix it. All they did was telling me the booking platform I used made a mistake. When contacted by the booking platform they didn't even bother to reply. Rude and unprofessional. Resort is actually nice but not worth the price, not even close.

Eines der besten in den Seychellen!
Hervorragendes Hotel in einer herrlichen Lage. Ein großes Teil des Hotels wurde gerade hochwertig renoviert. Der Strand und die entsprechenden Aktivitäten waren klasse. Service war so gut wie perfekt obwohl wir ab und zu in Restaurants und auf Buggy warten mussten. Achtung! Essen in den Seychellen ist echt teuer -und zwar nicht nur im Hotel. Die beste Möglichkeit (Preis Leistung Verhältnis) ist m.E. Die Planters Bar. Die schlechteste Möglichkeit ist das 80€ (+Getränke, +MwSt, +Service Gebühr) Buffet. Am besten in den wenigen Restaurant am Rande essen. Qualitativ sind sie fastgenau so gut und kosten die Hälfte! Das Schnorcheln am Strand ist empfehlenswert, lieber mit der kostenlosen Führung vom Hotel. Damit wisst Ihr wohin Ihr müsst. In Summe ist das Hotel eine der besten Möglichkeiten in Mahe

We stayed at the Kempinski for five nights and thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful beach lined with palm trees as well as the large swimming pool (with a lifeguard) and extensive property. Every night we enjoyed live music in the lounge and dinner on the beachfront restaurant. The rooms were large with balconies, separate living room area, and modern bathrooms. The staff were friendly and attentive. The Kids Club offered a place for children to play and had a verity of activities. A wonderful resort!

Schlechter Service , unsauber bis es nicht mehr geht. Es riecht auf den Toiletten nach Urin .Zimmern und die duschen werden nicht gereinigt. Es wird auch nicht kontrolliert. Hab das an der Rezeption Bescheid gegeben , wurde freundlich entgegengenommen. Unternommen aber nix . Hatte auch das Gefühl , dass interessiert auch keinen ….. Dann aber keine 5 Sterne sondern maximal 3 Sterne , vor allem wenn man in der Pandeizeit auf die Hygiene nicht geachtet wird . Es gibt noch so viele negative Punkte … , eine davon noch ist , auf den Kaffee im Frühstückssaal wartet man 30 Min Die Natur und das Meer sind wunderschön

Absolutely loved it here. From the moment we arrived to this stunning hotel we were made to feel very special. The staff were very friendly and the lady in red was amazing with helping to plan our days. The beach area is stunning with water provided regularly and fruit provided whilst laying on the beach. Coconut trees and palm trees decorate the stunning beach that this hotel sits on. Thank you toe everyone who made our stay so amazing here!

La habitación estaba bien, muy agradable pero el servicio era muy malo. Tardaron mucho en atendernos, no estaba nada limpio los restaurantes y la cocina tardo 2 horas en sacar la comanda que pedimos de un plato fácil de preparar. Muy mala sensación de hotel.

😊 Great location, very respectful staff, very comfortable bed! 😞 The water has a lot of vegetation in it and as it is reyrage it is very small water and full of grass. 😞 Very expensive everything food drink, extra services.

Hotel bom e praia ruim
O hotel é bom, mas o quarto é extremamente escuro e não há luzes para deixá-lo mais claro. O café da manhã é normal, bem diversificado, mas um pouco estranho para os padrões dos brasileiros. A praia em frente o hotel é bonita, mas cheias de algas e pequenas pedras, praticamente impedindo o banho de mar.
