'This is a great little apartment on the main floor. It’s about a block from the Pepin marina with lots of bars and restaurants within walking distance. We have friends that have a place in town but the train keeps me up all night when I stay there. I didn’t even hear the train here👍. We will definitely stay again!!'

'Clean and modern. One thing I would like to comment on is the lighting in the Great Room, it is too harsh. It could use some dimmer controls on the light switches and some ambient lighting (lamps) in the living room area. Otherwise this place is great. Really enjoyed having a garage connected to our unit. 'We stayed overnight in Unit 103. Unit was clean and well appointed. Bed was comfortable and unit had a great view of Lake Pepin. Amenities were all close at hand. Overall great unit and we would stay again if we get up to Lake City!'

'Great property in a central location. We were right on Lake Pepin and roof top had great views. Kitchen was well stocked with quality cooking utensils. Beds were super comfortable. Only issue was our large SUV couldn’t get in the garage due to the tight parking lot but really didn’t rent the place for a garage. Would definitely stay again!'
