Un hôtel club très bien on y a séjourné une semaine et le personnel est extrêmement gentil aux petits soins on a pas levé le petit doigt qui sont déjà à côté de nous pour nous servir tout tout ils sont vraiment à notre service c'est vraiment incroyable ils sont trop gentils tout à volonté, la nourriture est très bonne le restaurant tout ça c'est très bien, le petit-déjeuner très bien on est vraiment libre de tout mouvement et ça c'est génial, la plage elle est bien très bien, sur la plage aussi il y a beaucoup de personnel pour servir, les piscines il y en a beaucoup elles sont grandes elles sont bien, le bar au milieu c'est génial vraiment super bon elle était un peu froide au début de notre séjour puis après elle s'est réchauffé et puis vraiment c'était super je recommande cet hôtel. Seul petit bémol peut-être c'est un peu vieillot voilà les ameublement dans les chambres c'est marron foncé vieillot et même les terrasses c'est un peu vieillot mais franchement c'est vraiment un petit détail qui se comble dans le reste qui est génial voilà.

Fast alle Mitarbeiter waren sehr nett & zuvorkommend. Trifft aber nicht auf alle zu. Das Zimmer war immer sauber & aufgeräumt nachdem es geputzt wurde. Es gibt eine grosse Auswahl an Aktivitäten die super sind. Man kann überall mit Euro zahlen im Hotel. Es gibt verschiedene Pools, von denen einer nur für Erwachsene ist & es sehr ruhig ist. Beide Pools haben Poolbars. Der Spa-Bereich war sehr schön & es gab viele Angebote zu fairen Preisen. -WLAN hat man nur in den öffentlichen Bereichen und auch dort ist es zum Teil eher schlecht. Essen war eher so mittelmässig von der Qualität her & zum Teil ein wenig fad. Man wird jeden Tag mehrmals angesprochen ob man diese & jene Aktivität auch noch machen möchte, was mit der Zeit ein bisschen zu viel wird. Aus dem ATM konnte man nur ägyptische Pfund abheben, welche man im „Book Store“ gegen Euro umtauschen kann, bei welchem man jedoch regelrecht abgezockt wird & viel weniger bekommt als der Wechselkurs in Wirklichkeit ist. Für die à la carte Restaurants kann man nur mit einem Gutschein von der Rezeption gratis essen, ansonsten muss man normal bezahlen. Wie haben bei unserer Ankunft einen bekommen & sind dann aber nochmals zur Rezeption um nach mehr zu fragen & haben zwei weitere erhalten.

This property had one major selling point because it had a number of restaurants. It was good for kids and adult alike. What I didn’t like is the extra charges - for ice cream and drinks at the beach bar. The hotel was not a 5 star hotel it was 4 star.

Not recommended for ALLERGY sufferers. On my last night, I booked the Italian restaurant at the hotel with guest relations at reception. Just like the other two bookings I had previously with other restaurants at the hotel, the guest relation staff added a note to my booking online to state nut allergy. I then attended the restaurant for the 9pm booking and mentioned to the waiter my nut allergy. The waiter stated just no desserts were suitable. I ordered chicken Caesar salad for my starter and for main the Olio Pasta (sauce on menu stated chilli, olive oil, garlic and parsley). I ate the starter and then it was around 20minutes until the main arrived. Within 5 minutes of starting to eat the main I felt the initial symptoms of an allergic reaction. I then went to reception and stated I needed an ambulance as I think I’m experiencing an allergic reaction. The receptionist stated it was 40 minutes to a hospital but they have a doctor on site who they would call. I spoke to the doctor on the phone explaining I have anaphylaxis and they came to me quickly and assessed me confirming I was in the initial stage of anaphylaxis. I was with the doctor from around 9.45pm - 2am and luckily survived. The meeting with Head Chef, Food Manager and Guest relations next day made me feel very emotional as I had a near death experience, had been too afraid to sleep since and then I was afraid to eat anything. They denied any nuts were in the food and that the recipe was in the Chef’s head.

Nice but needs some improvement
We booked family room with two single beds and one king-size bed, but we got one king-size and one single bed. At the check-in conditions for the payment of the booking changed, we supposed to have deposit paid before arrival and rest before check in but that was not the case. We had to pay the full amount before check-in without explaination if someone pulled money or not for the deposit. After that during our stay it was nice. There need to do some more work around timetable for the animation activity since there is not information about that on the beach or around the pools. There should be more sunbeds around the pools since it is war in the morning to catch free sunbeds. Even it is Egypt I think that the name of the hotel should be earnet there is nothing Royal in the hotel. Dress code is not enforced even it is written. Towel change is late during dinner and should be before closing the pools. I think that service is little slow for this kind of hotel you need to get everything by yourself. Other thing that is kind of annoying are tours that are sold by the pool. The prices are sometime double than the real price. If this kind of seller is operating on the hotel ground the should be regulated by the hotel with offical price list and extra costs written on leaflet or in front of their shops. The shows and the other program is perfect. I really enjoyed my stay as much as I could because I was only 6 nights there. Hopefully you can improve somethings so it will be great.

Been to several all inclusive resorts before - Bahamas & Mexico- and found Labranda Royal on par with the rest. The general food is always impossible to make great, there was some hits and some misses, but the à la cart restaurants -in our case, Greek, French and Seafood- were EXCELLENT. The pools are clean and big, the rooms were spacious and comfortable. What stuck me the most was the hard working staff everywhere… at the reception, the lifeguards, the servers and bartenders… they made our trip wonderful and enjoyable. Thank you the Labranda team, we will come back and see you again. Special thanks to Uounan, Waleed and Khaled.

Property was ok. Friend staff but the food was overall uninteresting and under seasoned. What you would expect of a all inclusive but the reason for my disappointment is that this is promoted as a 5 star resort. In my opinion it’s more of a 3.5/4. I went to celebrate my birthday with my wife. My nephews and nieces are Makadi residents which meant they had access to the hotel. The management denied them access and called security. When I asked Sherif the manager and Mohamed at checkin the told me Hadi the general manager said no. I asked to meet that “Hadi” guy. Apparently he was too good for me. Later on they sent me a cake to my room. I returned the cake to them and wrote a letter to the general manager to shove it up his ass. I had to celebrate off site somewhere else. I couldn’t eat at the hotel. There is no valet service and I had to walk away with a foot injury. The whole experience was terrible. The lower staff were great. The management sucked. They don’t like us Americans or Egyptians apparently. I was told they only like Russians only. I was extremely disappointed of how discriminative they are. Because I said that’s not fair sherif walked me to coco loco, a side establishment and acted like he was doing me a favor to get me off the checkin counter. I was cordial ok but peeved. Not a hotel to stay in for me again. I’m going to raise holly hell on them with the department of tourism and the county commissioner. They haven’t heard the end of me yet. They have to learn their lesson. I had a terrible birthday experience.

Correct, mais sans plus
Séjour agréable, mais l'hôtel mérite un coup de rafraichissement. Il n'y pas d'endroit accueillant où on a envie de siroter un cocktail, le mobilier est très vieux. Les chambres sont grandes et confortables, le service de ménage ne passe pas tous les jours. Le personnel n'est pas très aidant, spécialement la personne qui occupe le poste de relation clients. La clientèle majoritaire est russe et ukrainienne. La nourriture est bonne, mais peu variée. Un bon séjour, mais je ne recommanderai pas cette hôtel.

Fantastic trip
It was an amazing trip and the wonderful vacation with all staff help and support, I want to thank the whole team but especially the reception team for all their support for any request I ask for, amazing animation team, good quality of food and taste, a la Carte restaurant level is very good, I would recommend it to anyone to stay there

Not a good stay
Wasn’t impressed at all with our stay at Labranda. Rooms weren’t clean, dusty furniture, disgusting remote control, dirty towels! Unheated pool where temperatures drop to 12-15 degrees during the night. Staff were wearing masks, but no social distancing practices were present amongst the guests. Christmas dinner venue was extremely crowded and almost all guests weren’t wearing masks and tables were close to each other, we asked to be seated outside in the open air

Hotel luxueux propre mais bruyant
Hôtel tres grand et propre Personnnel aimable Clientele majoritairement égyptienne et russophone. Le restaurant principal fait du service a l'assiette au lieu du buffet, ce qui génère de l'attente. Pour les autres restaurants il faut reserver 24h à l'avance. Bcp de choix de plats mais peu de saveurs. Musique assez forte en permanence autour de la piscine et surtout le soir a partir de 20h30 sur la grande terrasse. Pas tres agreable si vous dinez a l'extérieur. La piscine est grande mais peu profonde (maximum 1.35m) Le club de plongee était fermé mais lecole de kite ouverte. Il y a plusieurs petites boutiques au sein de l'hôtel, mais il se trouve dans une zone desertique entouree dautres hôtels. Oubliez la visite de la ville locale à pieds Possibilité de late check out pour 10 euros par personne pour 3h (maxi a 22h00)
