This was advertised as adult only but we had 9 screaming French children all week not being controlled by their parents. There’s only one bar for very limited all inclusive drinks, cocktails had to be paid for at €6 each. The food wasn’t great and very repetitive especially lunch time. The all inclusive red wine was disgusting and the cheapest available in Egypt. I drink Omar Khayyam that I buy in restaurants for 180le, I was offered this as an alternative to the cheap vile stuff they served, at a price of €18 a bottle. I was also challenged by the hotel manager asking me to prove the hotel was advertised as adult only as he didn’t believe me. I proceeded to show him 5 different online booking sites showing this to which he had no reply. Finally don’t take an alarm clock the room cleaners will have you up from 7am as they shout to each other for 3 hours up and down the narrow, dark echoing corridors.

Excelente opción para relajarse a muy buen precio , el complejo es pequeño pero lo suficiente para unos días de relax sin muchas pretensiones excelente variedad de comida muy buena calidad productos frescos y sobre todo para los amantes de los postres una gozada , en las noches te ofrecen cada día un tipo de comida especial , la limpieza muy buena y la atención del personal excelente siempre están pendientes que no te falte de nada. La playa no está en el mismo complejo té llevan en un pequeño trasporte eléctrico que va y viene cada media hora tardas unos 10 minutos la playa muy cuidada y que decir de la bahía de makadi un lugar para perderse y relajarse y para los amantes del snorkel hay varias opciones

Overall we had a lovely stay and I would recommend. The food at the buffet was really good and different every day. The drinks were good, the staff at the bar super friendly. Loved the pizza place in the afternoon ! The pool and beach are beautiful. Rooms are nice but the bathrooms need some updating. Very clean resort. There were a lot of German and Russian tourists so everything was quoted in euros which is not good for American or Canadian tourists. The staff also speaks very good German but no French and their English is limited.

Mauvaise expérience concernant le restaurant : la nourriture est très basique et le personnel pas au service des clients. Le serveur n'a pas nettoyé la table et a juste retourné le set de table. Il n'a également pas apporté les boissons commandés. Certains produits sont très secs (riz,...), d'autres ne sont pas frais (fraises,...). Sinon bonne literie.

Due to a change of management this hotel is much improved since a previous visit. The food was more appetizing and much better cooked. The service was good with staff being courteous and friendly. The housekeeping could be improved as water and tissues are not always provided in the room. The beach area has a good beach bar serving food and drinks, but toilet facilities are not close by, having to use those by the club hotel beach, they are however kept very clean. I would happily return to this hotel.

Regarding my stay at labranda garden it was nice. However, food was very very bad & dirty F&B stuff was not friendly at all.
