'The view of this property was simply out of this world amazing. Every single morning we felt like we were in heaven! The room was lovely with plenty of space for everyone in our party. It almost felt like we were in a place outside of time. We will definitely be coming back here.'

'Fantastic stay, but AC charge was a head-scratcher The vacation condo rental was wonderful in almost every way. The location was perfect, offering stunning views and easy access to local attractions. The unit was spotless and beautifully decorated, providing a comfortable feeling upon arrival. 'The room felt newly refreshed. There was easy access by a short staircase from the parking lot to the room. The bed and couch were a bit too hard for my taste, but that’s a personal preference. It was great having a washer/dryer in the unit and also to get a room clean halfway through which I was not expecting.'

'This is a fantastic property where we spent a 5-day family getaway. The unit is spacious, clean, fully equipped overlooking a beautiful golf court. Shops, grocery store and restaurants are within walking distance. About 10-30 minutes to any of the well-known beaches. It will take about 2 to 2.5 hours to go to the volcano. Overall, we really enjoyed the place. Definitely will consider staying there again. '

'We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Kona. The condo was clean and well stocked. We stopped at Costco and cooked in most nights. KTA is right up the street for other groceries. We walked to the Outrigger right next door to see the manta rays at night. Great location and great condo. Ashok was good about communication with us. Would definitely recommend.'

'Ideal spot overlooking a small beach park. Property was exactly as photos advertised. Walking distance to restaurants and shopping, easy underground parking. Only problem was that we wanted to stay longer! We did not give ourselves enough time in Kona after starting our trip on the Hilo side of the island.'

'This house could not have been more perfect for our summer vacation for our family of 10. We all enjoyed the beautifully designed, very clean pool. Location was close to beach and other places we wanted to visit. Communication with owner was excellent -- we particularly appreciated the booklet sent to us before our trip that outlined fun things to do and places to see. 'This condo was nicely appointed, and included CD mix’s that you could play on the stereo! The location was great, and you could walk to restaurants. We loved having the kitchen, and was able to cook multiple dinners, with the well supplied kitchen. "In general the property was quite nice. Rooms are spacious if somewhat run down (they were doing some renovations though so that might be solved soon). It is in a nice location by the ocean and the bar/restaurant was very enjoyable with good staff. The pool is somewhat small but acceptable, the private lagoon somewhat makes up for this though (it is also a great place to try out your snorkel before going into the ocean). The hotel is within walking distance of the town which is useful for finding food, drinks and other small shopping. Main issue we had was that the big trucks driving past can be quite loud if you are on that side of the hotel. The AC was also very loud and right above the bed, it also turned on and off every few minutes throughout the night so if you are sensitive to sound this might be nice to know. In general I would recommend this hotel if you can get a good deal on the price. It is quite nice for a 3* hotel. "
