'I left my engagement ring by the pool and went back to retrieve it and it was gone. There was no one there but security guard. When I asked them to review the cameras to see who picked up my ring he told me the cameras are not working. Lie.'

'My last stay was very disappointing because the room had many problems. The TV wasn’t working, there was no Wi-Fi, the room was very dusty, and there were even cockroaches. I also couldn’t sleep or rest because there was ongoing activity/noise outside. That’s why I checked out early.'

'Had a last minute check in. Room was ok. Big comfy bed, bathroom was not appealing very sterile and no warm water. Hotel staff were helpful. I would not advice you to take the breakfast. Not very appealing you can easily grab a cab to nearby restaurants for a more appetizing bite. All in all a good hotel for a few days but not a relaxing ambience. '
