'The house was beautiful and fit 11 adults very comfortably. We had quite a few small issues over the weekend. Unfortunately the host was unable to rectify most of the issues. Hopefully they fix all the items we brought to their attention before the next guests arrive.'

'Our family loved our stay at this beautiful beach home for Graduation/Memorial Weekend! Beautifully decorated throughout! Loved having the ability to spread out. The upstairs gaming area was a big hit with our little gamers. Own private pool was a big plus. Short walk to the beach. Easy check-in/checkout. Would definitely stay here again!!'

'The house is spacious, clean, and mostly as expected in the listing. My issue is with the bbq grill. This is the only listing I’ve ever been charged to use the grill. It is in the description so I knew this going in. However, I paid the fee and when I checked the propane tank it was empty. I called and was told I was responsible for providing the fuel which is not in the description. Either way, paying to use the grill and then buying propane is excessive for the price paid to rental this...

'The house is wonderful. The theater was a treat. One chair was broken but since there were 8 of us, the broken seat didn't matter. I did call th management company and suggest that they repair that chair prior to another guest arriving. The pool had green algae but as soon as I called the mgt company again, a pool service guy was sent quickly and remedied the situation. Since we were paying to have the pool heated, Laura from the management company said that they would reimburse us for the 35...

'The house was perfect for our large family. We had 14 adults and one child and didn't use one of the bedrooms. The floor plan was great and the location was good, too. The reasons I only rated it good was because the pool, while we used it, had mold (algae) in it especially in the whirlpool. I called on Monday and a pool person came that afternoon but couldn't do much. The pool has a leak and the scubber doesn't work. The water level was a little low. There were not enough garbage cans. ...

'When I pulled up I was a bit concerned as the outside could use a fresh coat of paint but was very happy once I went in. The refrigerator was the perfect size, the whole place was great and suited my needs for week. I would stay there again.'

'This place was 100% amazing. Would recommend it to anyone wanting to stay here.'

'The was clean and welcoming. The location is good, pretty centralized. Close to the beach, restaurants, and shopping. The hosts were good at communicating and getting back to us if we had questions. The pool was well kept and we spent most of the time out by the pool.'

'There were minor things like weeds growing on the cracks of the drive and backyard; the lawn could have been freshly cut and the pool vacuumed prior to our arrival, and finally, there was an odd smell (not terrible) that we could not figure out where it was coming from. We contacted the management company and the person who showed up said she could not smell anything. Finally, two bathrooms for a house advertised for a house that sleeps eight, was not very convenient. Having said that, that...

'Nice, clean and comfortable '

'Pros: the location is amazing, it really is only about a 5 minute walk to the beautiful beach and even though its fairly close to a main road we were never bothered by traffic noise. The pool was clean, the backyard is a good size and offered good shade for our 2 dogs. The surf theme extends to every room of the house and offers some interesting history and beautiful photographs. The bed in the primary bedroom was comfortable.Cons: the air conditioning was NOT capable of cooling the house. When...
