Lodges in Malawi

'Lovely location overlooking Lake Malawi. The staff were so friendly. Breakfast in the morning could have included local fresh fruit like water melon, paw paw, guava, pineapple. Very cheap to buy at the local market.

I saw a lot of animals, including elefants, monkeys, antilopes and crocodiles, but I understand that I was lucky and it...

'The hotel reception couldn't give us the room we had booked, but gave us a room without a mountain view without saying anything. When I pointed this out they said that the building with such rooms is undergoing renovations and is not ready yet. Yet the hotel had that option bookable! In other words, what wasn't there was for sale! When I demanded the price difference back they said that it wasn't possible because the hotel had to first receive payment from "Hotels.com" in order to be able to pay...
