'Amazing location with stunning views, beautiful renovated finca with a lovely pool. This is absolutely a perfect location to come at rest. The only point of improvement is the poolservice, some days there was nobody with all the dirty towels everywhere. '

'Lovely & beautiful hotel, in a very quiet area even in high season in August. The highway which was pointed out by other visitors is visible, but not too loud. If they would plant a few more trees, the issue could be solved. Staff is a bit hit and miss, not comparable to other 5 star hotels. Especially the younger staff could benefit from hospitality trainings. The breakfast has such a highlight. Dinner was also great, but not too many options. 'Overall a decent place to visit. The room is OK, but the hotel itself is a bit more outdated. Same is visible in the restaurant. Outside dinner is good, but not that much space. And mostly older German people seem to visit this hotel.'
