Het hotel is prachtig, kamers zijn groot en mooi. Koffie, thee en flesjes water op de kamer gratis. Vanuit onze kamer prachtig uitzicht op de haven. Jammer van de werkzaamheden aan de boulevard en het gebouw pal naast het hotel. Ik denk wel dat als de boulevard straks klaar is met onder meer 3000 nieuwe bomen, het fantastisch wordt om daar te wandelen. Tegen die tijd gaan wij zeker een keer terug.

Kwaliteitshotel aan de haven van Palma.
Mooi en verzorgd hotel. Ca. 30 min lopen naar rand van centrum. Het hotel is prima gerenoveerd maar de badkamers zijn klein. Enkele wastafel en douche in bad. Onze kamer van 220 euro p/n had vreselijk zij-uitzicht en badkamer was te klein. Dat was écht te duur. Verhuisd naar kamer zeezicht voor 280 euro. Ontbijt goed en uitgebreid. Mooie ruimtes en prachtig terras en groot zwembad. Voor herhaling vatbaar.

Het hotel is wat ouder maar bijzonder goed onderhouden en met een hele goede service.

Prachtige ligging aan de jachthaven van Palma. Veel restaurants op loopafstand. Zeer comfortabele kamers met zeer goede bedden. Keuze uit een pillow menu voor kussens. Luxe badproducten in de kamer. Turn down service aanwezig. Zwembad is heerlijk met goede ligbedden, zwembad is gelegen aan drukke weg. Kamers liggen aan de jachthaven waar in directe omgeving clubs zijn, dit geeft wel veel geluid.

Amazing hotel
The hotel was amazing, staff where so helpful, our bedroom was kept spotless and everynight they turned the bed covers back and left chocolate s on the bed. Those little extras made our stay very special. The hotel is situated in a perfect spot, views amazing and watching the sunset coming up when having breakfast was a sight to see.

早めに予約したこともあったのか、値段と比較してもかなり良いホテルだと感じました。 内装や設備は日本人でも問題なく感じるレベルで良く、スタッフも親身になって対応してくれます。 近くにバス停もあるのでパルマ中心部へも問題なく向かうことができます。 私がスマホをタクシーに置き忘れた時も相談したらタクシー会社に連絡を入れてくれて無事、スマホが手元に戻ってきました。本当に助かりました。 Perhaps because I had made a reservation early, I felt that it was a pretty good hotel compared to the price. The interior and facilities are good enough for Japanese people to feel comfortable, and the staff are friendly and helpful. There is also a bus stop nearby, so you can easily reach the center of Palma. When I left my smartphone in a taxi, I consulted with them and they contacted the taxi company, and my smartphone was returned to me. That was a really big help.

The hotel is five star however we would give 3 star. The hotel pool area is not very nice. Gym very small for two people maximum. The hotel area is vey dusty and dirty, building side all around hotel. This means the view is not great and the noise from the building side all day long. We were on half board basis and the last day that we had to get continental breakfast to the room we have been charged £5! It is not about the money but about the principle. Hotel should not charge us, we already paid for breakfast and should provide us breakfast normally, even if it was 30 min before they started the breakfast service in the main breakfast area. We rented a car from the hotel and gave back the car on the same day and we have been charged for overnight parking although we have gave back the car at 8pm. Dinner on half board was not great. Same menu every day, i chose seabass every day as other food like meat, was not great. Would not choose half board again in this hotel. Dinner outside the hotel would be much better idea. The highlight of the trip was the gentleman working in the guest service. He was so helpful and always gave a good advice regarding excursions around Mallorca.

The only down side during our stay was that there was a building site next door (building refurbishment with a big crane) and the road between the hotel and the sea was a building site > plus the associated building noise.

We spent a considerable time around the pool and pool bar. The lifeguards were very attentive and very polite. The staff of the pool bar and snack bar were always pleasant and polite no question we would return

Nice hotel with good views over the harbour. Decor in rooms was dated but of good quality. Unfortunately there was building work directly outside the hotel Staff very friendly and helpful
