Het vakantiehuisje Eden Lago in Alcudia is de perfecte keuze voor een ontspannende vakantie op Mallorca met familie of vrienden. De locatie kan niet beter zijn: rustig en privé, maar op slechts enkele minuten lopen van het prachtige zandstrand van Alcudia. Hier kunt u ten volle genieten van de zon, de zee en de mediterrane levensstijl.

Het huis heeft alles wat u nodig heeft voor een comfortabel verblijf. Een groot zwembad met zout water met 8 ligbedden nodigt u uit om te ontspannen, terwijl het overdekte terras met houten eettafel de ideale omstandigheden creëert om te genieten van aangename avonden in de buitenlucht.

Aan de binnenkant vindt u een lichte woonkamer en eetkamer met balkon, een volledig uitgeruste keuken en vier gezellige kamers. Twee van de kamers hebben tweepersoonsbedden, de andere hebben eenpersoonsbedden, perfect voor gezinnen of groepen. Twee moderne badkamers bieden extra comfort, waarvan er één in 2026 zal worden gerenoveerd.

De installaties omvatten airconditioning, WiFi, satelliet-tv, wasmachine en droger. Er zijn twee overdekte parkeerplaatsen beschikbaar direct naast het huis.

Er zijn talrijke restaurants, cafés en winkels in de buurt, evenals sportactiviteiten zoals tennis, padel en watersporten. Ook is de oude binnenstad van Alcudia gemakkelijk bereikbaar, met zijn historische steegjes en wekelijkse markten.

Eden Lago is de vakantiewoning met zwembad die ideaal is in Mallorca als u wilt genieten van ontspanning, dicht bij het strand en in de Mallorcaanse stijl in een accommodatie van hoge kwaliteit.

Super fijn familie huis

Alles klopte vriendelijke ontvangst van de eigenaars met o.a. Een boodschappen mand bij aankomst en de plaatselijke lekkernij bij vertrek Het enige minpunt was de lengte van de bedden 190 lang inplaats van 200 En ze kraakten bij het omdraaien Een groot pluspunt was de enorme familie tafel bij het zwembad waar we konden eten en de kinderen zwemmen Dit huis is een aanrader

We all had a fantastic time at Eden lago, the villa is beautiful. A lovely welcome basket was in the kitchen on arrival, my 6 year old was in the pool everyday and loved every minute of our holiday. The only problem was the mosquitoes at night but would definitely come back

Gepflegtes Haus in Strandnähe

Schönes, sehr gepflegtes und geräumiges Haus im mallorquinischen 70iger Jahre-Stil,mit großem Pool. In ruhigerer Sackgassenlage und 3 min Fußweg zum Sandstrand, es muss lediglich die vielbefahrene Hauptstraße überquert werden. Ebenfalls fußläufig ein gut sortierter Supermarkt, Restaurants, vor und hinter dem Haus Tennisplätze und ein Fahrradverleih um die Ecke. Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist gut, lediglich das Kücheninventar könnte teilweise verbessert werden. Sehr freundliche Vermieter, die uns zur Ankunft eine komplette Frühstücksausstattung hingestellt hatten und uns am Folgetag mit einer mallorquinischen Torte begrüßten! Auch ein Wäschewechsel nach einer Woche wurde wieder mit Kuchen versüsst. Nochmals herzlichen Dank! Insgesamt problemlose An-und Abreise und einfacher Kontakt mit der Agentur.

Traumurlaub

Die Lage war perfekt (Bushaltestelle, Supermarkt und Strand direkt vor der Haustür), die Wohnung top ausgestattet (funktionierende Klimaanlage, gute Dusche, prima Föhn, alles an Küchenutensilien) und die Vermieter super freundlich. Wir haben von ihnen sowohl einen liebevoll hergerichteten Korb mit frischem Obst, Sekt, Milch, Keksen und Wasser als Willkommenspräsent als auch zwischendurch ein riesiges Dessert frisch vom Bäcker erhalten. Das Ehepaar war außerdem total hilfsbereit und aufgeschlossen. Der Pool wurde zwei mal die Woche gereinigt und mit frischem Wasser gefüllt. Der Service war schnell und gründlich. Alles in allem ein angenehmer und unvergesslicher Aufenthalt. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder buchen :)

Fabulous house

We had a great holday in this lovely house. Everything you could want was provided. .A lovely welcome hamper on arrival of essentials. Layout of house was good as was the location. Across the road from a gorgeous beach. 4 min walk to supermarket. Local restaurants and bars close by. Bus stop 3 mins away for bus to Alcudia Port and town. We got a lovey suprise of a large cake delivered to us as a gift from the owners. Great pool and a sun lounger for everybody. We were a party of 7. One small thing..the WIFI to the tv wasn't good. Kept buffering but only a small complaint. Would have no hesitation in recommending Eden Lago to anyone. Thank you .

Beautiful outdoor area

We enjoyed a week at the villa with two babies 3 adults and 2 children. We loved the outdoor area very spacious and clean. The pool was a big size and we enjoyed the large table where we sat and ate most evenings.

Great week in lovely large villa

Villa is a semi detached property, so adjoining neighbours. Lovely large villa, 4 bedrooms (1 downstairs along with 1 bathroom). Large Bbq, nice sized pool with comfy loungers. The outside covered seating area in bigger than the photos make it look. Utility room for food preo, sink etc very handy, with loads of crockery. The front balcony dining area is perfect for breakfast. Surrounded by tennis courts, and only 2 streets away from thr beach area. Large lake at side of property at end of the road. Great week, nice helpful hosts. Would book again. Thank you.

What a lovely holiday

The villa was lovely. It was clean and had all the possible amenities that we could want. No shortage of anything. We were welcomed by Phillipe and his Wife and were able to arrive earlier than the normal booking in time. Phillipe gave us all the information we needed about the Villa and pool and left a wonderful welcome basket with everything we could need until we had time to get to the shops. The rooms were all a good size with plenty of storage space and a safe. We spent most of our stay around the pool, with comfy sun loungers, shade or not and poolside towels. The outside table is huge and sits nicely in the shade all day. The villa and the pool were both cleaned during our stay without any inconvenience to us, and we didn't notice the gardener until he popped around to say he was off! The villa is in a fantastic location, close to the beach and local resultants are only a short walk away, or the 'main drag' a15 min walk or quick bus ride. The old town was an early morning jog away or for the slower starters of the group a frequent bus journey away. It is also possible to get to the villa by bus from the airport with no bother at all. Thank you for the wonderful pastry and restaurant recommendations (unfortunately they were full all week!) We would happy recommend your villa for a happy relaxing and enjoyable holiday.

Traumhafter Urlaub

Wir haben eine super schöne Finca vorgefunden. Das Haus ist sauber und gepflegt und sehr gut mit allem was man braucht ausgestattet. Der Strand ist nur 2 Minuten entfernt und der Eroski ist direkt um die Ecke. Das Eigentümerehepaar war super freundlich und sehr zuvorkommend. Sie waren an unserem Anreisetag bereits um 06.00 Uhr morgens in der Finca zum sauber machen sodass wir um 08.00 Uhr bereits das Haus beziehen konnten. Eine Empfehlung zum Essen können wir in der Nähe abgeben. Das Restaurant Hawai welches sich auf dem Weg zum Strand befindet ist sehr empfehlenswert. Die Eigentümer haben es sich auch nicht nehmen lassen uns das traditionelle mallorquinische Gebäck vorbeizubringen. Ganz zu schweigen von dem Begrüßungskorb mit frischen Früchten usw. Der Kontakt mit der Agentur war hervorragend und alles in allem können wir diese Finca nur mit 5 Sternen empfehlen

Es war einfach perfekt. - super saubere Finca - herzliche Aufmerksamkeiten als Startgeschenk - es gibt Alles, was man sich vorstellen kann, in der Finca - ganz herzliche Besitzer - top Agentur (Ideal Property) - süße Überraschung während des Aufenthalts Wir waren mit 2 Familien vor Ort. Können es zu 120 Prozent empfehlen.

Dejligt hus med god beliggenhed

Huset er stort, godt indrettet og med en rigtig god veranda med plankebord ved siden af poolen. Alt er velholdt og meget rent. Huset har også en god beliggenhed, lidt trukket tilbage fra hovedgaden og alligevel tæt på stranden (man skal bare krydse hovedgaden). Der er noget trafikstøj. Huset ligger også tæt på Eroski, et lidt større supermarked (gåafstand) og ca. 10. min i bil til et stort Mercandona supermarked.

Lovely clean property with great facilities

Owners extremely friendly and welcoming despite us arriving early. House was spotless & comfortable & a lovely goodies basket provided with fruit, bread & even wine. All the essentials were there like dishwasher tablets bin bags, mozzie candles etc which made it even better. Owners popped in & left us a huge pastry on last day. Had problem with no water one evening but was soon sorted once reported. Furniture compfy but typical Spanish which always looks a bit dated. Couple of the single beds were very noisy despite being compfy. Outside area great with bbq, pool & lots of chairs & towels.. Property in quite location just off main road. Shops in immediate area a bit tacky but beach is lovely. Would definitely recommend this property.

Great villa for two families

The villa and pool is lovely. Clean and well equipped. The beach is just across the road. The buses are easy and the supermarket is close. There are lovely outdoor areas to sit out. The air con was appreciated for a good nights sleep. We were downstairs and the shower was lovely too. There is a full utility room for washing and drying. The WiFi was a bit in and out but worked overall. My only suggestion would be that a set of plastic cutlery would be helpful for poolside. All in all, a fantastic property. Thank you for having us.

A holiday dream come true

The villa was far above our expectation! It is huge with lovely large rooms and decorated in keeping with local tradition. The pool was lovely in size and cleanliness. A lovely welcome package on arrival and the owners stopped by on the Thursday to check everything was ok and brought us a lovely local pastry. My kids said it’s the best holiday they have had and we will certainly look to return one day!

Super Finca

Wir wurden vor Ort von netten Kollegen in deutsch empfangen. Per Mail wurden zuvor immer alle Fragen geklärt. Die Finca liegt traumhaft schön - der Strand und der Supermarkt sind in 3 Minuten zu erreichen. Ein Auto wäre nicht notwendig. Die Klimaanlagen funktionieren sehr gut in den Schlafräumen. Der Pool ist schön groß. Die Finca war super ausgestattet. Sie war bei Bezug sehr sauber! Top. Wir können die Finca absolut weiterempfehlen!

Good sized property

The villa is very roomy , we had 6 adults , and very clean and tidy although the furniture is a little dated . Pool area is nice but the rear garden not as big as the impression the pictures give . Location is great as it is quite quiet and very close to the beach (and the buses are very local and cheap) . Phillipe, the owner , came twice to see us - he was lovely. This is a semi detached property - the pictures do make it look detached . And your neighbours in the rear garden are very close . I think the property managers should leave more basic products in the villa - salt , pepper , olive oil , etc etc as a starter pack or leave the dry foods left by previous occupants . I was very disappointed the property mnager didn’t arrive as arranged at the end of the holiday to check the property and return the balance of my deposit , despite me calling them and emailing - Washing machine etc were great as we went with just cabin luggage for two weeks - and still took too much . All in all a great holiday

Fantastic stay

We have been to this villa three years in a row now and I can say it is absolutley fantastic. Great location with just two minutes walk to the beach, restaurants and the big supermarket Eroski. The owner Felip and his wife are amazing and will do everything to make sure your stay will be the best vacation you ever had. Quality villa

A spacious and well laid out villa, with an excellent outdoor terrace and pool. It's very well decorated and clean, and everything you could want for your stay is provided. Additionally, the agents and owner were very courteous and helpful. I would recommend this wholeheartedly!
