Hi Emily,We are sorry that you were not satisfied with your stay so we would like to provide further clarification:As our manager communicated via Expedia chat on June 19th (two days after your check-out):The price for the baby cot was communicated to you in advance. We have a fixed price for the cot, which is clearly stated in our listings. You can find this information in the "Children and extra beds" section. We also mentioned the exact square footage of the room in the listings.We would like to emphasize that our cots have been used by numerous guests without any issues. We take the safety and comfort of our guests very seriously.Unfortunately, we were not informed of these problems during your stay until check-out, which prevented us from resolving them and assist you in finding a suitable solution.We assure you that these issues could have been addressed and resolved if we had received the information from you on the first day of your stay.Regarding the bedroom window and balcony access, we apologize for any inconvenience caused by the sign restricting their use.We strive to offer a comfortable and enjoyable experience for our guests, and we value your feedback.Best regards,
