'We had a wonderful stay. All the staff were lovely and very accommodating. The bedroom was clean and had everything we needed. The hot tub and private balcony were a big plus. Breakfast was great, with freshly made eggs and warm croissants each morning. Parking was easy, and the location was convenient for getting around by car. The only small downside was the limited restaurant options nearby, but since we had a car, it wasn’t a problem. Overall, a perfect stay for us!'

'Ideaal gelegen aan de rand van het parkje met de Victoria Bay busterminal. Met a la carte ontbijt. Prachtig zicht op de oude stad en het achterliggende landschap tot aan de zee.'

'Alles was erg fijn aan dit hotel. Met geweldige, aardige en klantgerichte personeel. De kamer was altijd erg netjes, de badkamer schoon en het water in de douche had een goede waterdruk. Voor ontbijt hoef je in principe hier niet te ontbijten. Het was op zich prima, maar niet veel keus en elke dag hetzelfde. Je kunt heel goed op Malta overal terecht voor een goed ontbijt met veel variatie. Met andere woorden, je hoeft niet afhankelijk te zijn van jouw hotel. '

'Overall, it was a great experience with this hotel. Very professional and accommodating staff. Room was very clean with all the necessary accessories. '

'The structure itself is very nice, located in the quieter town of zabbar, but still close to the three cities and Valetta. Unfortunately we were there during the winter, and the rooms were very humid and difficult to keep warm. This is a common issue with the maltese houses, but for a hospitality structure catering for northern europeans, we expected better facilities to keep the room warm/non humid. Furthermore the water of the shower appeared to last about 15 minutes before it was...

'Our stay was perfect. The hotel is beautiful. It’s situated a short ferry ride from Valletta making it peaceful away from the noise of the city centre. There are some fab restaurants in the area. Tony and his team go above and beyond making your stay truly memorable. Their mantra is that you leave as friends which is exactly how we felt. Nothing is too much trouble. The breakfast is incredible value and the view from the pent house is to die for! A very special place '

'We arriveerden in t donker, hartelijke ontvangst en eenmaal op onze kamer kregen we t WOW effect van de kamer en het uitzicht op de Citadel. Perfecte gastvrouw die hartelijkheid uitstraalt naar haar gasten en ze met een overheerlijk en gevarieerd ontbijt goed in de watten legt. Ook de ligging is helemaal TOP, mooi in het centrum. En met een kamer met uitzicht op de Citadel waan je jezelf in een huis op prarie met alle rust. Geweldig!'

'Ta' Bertu is a charming family run B&B and you'll be given a warm welcome by your hosts. We stayed in a separate building on the farm, and our room was small but clean. We only stayed 1 night because we had an early morning flight. They even made us packed lunches. All in all a lovely end of our vacation on the island of Malta.'

'This is a beautiful place to stay and the staff are great. Our flight was delayed and we had to arrive at the suites 10 hours later than expected, but the staff arrived to welcome us. We had a choice of breakfast each morning which was lovely to start everyday with. The room and property was clean, and the pool was a welcomed addition in 34° The service from staff was brilliant, and we would absolutely stay here again.'

'Sunrise Lodge is beautifully maintained and the team especially James could not be more friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was cooked to order each morning and delicious. '

" We (2 persons) stayed at the hotel for 9 night. The room was pretty spacious and nicely decorated. The staff is friendly and the pool area is nice, but the pool was very cold. We enjoyed our stay but we also have some points of critique: -breakfast was okay, but not a lot of options -you can’t bring your own food or drinks too the pool. Even not your own water bottle. The water you could order at the pool was 5,50 and they didn’t even have food available to order. If you spent a day at the pool you eventually will need water and some food. I understand that they want to keep the area clean. But not even being able to bring water is crazy. On the otherhand the staff at the pool is very kind and helpfull! The ladies are all lovely and do their best to make you feel comfortable. -there was music at the pool which can be nice, only 9 out of 10 times it was so loud that it was mostly annoying. We really liked the location since it was not too busy and easily accesable. There are many nice restaurants close by. "

"Onze hotelkamer was zeer schoon, elke dag werden de bedden opgemaakt en de handdoeken zo nodig vervangen. Zelfs het beddengoed werd na een paar dagen vervangen. Het personeel was in elk opzicht zeer vriendelijk en van het zwembad en de spa hebben we zeer genoten. ."

"Van de eerste tot laatste minuut top! Zeer goede ligging,centrum op wandelafstand. Algemeen is de bediening onthaal,restaurant,zwembad kamers...erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam, zeer propere kamers,dagelijks komen ze 2 x de kamers opruimen en voorzien van water en handdoeken. Als je de executieve 2 pers kamer met zeezicht reserveert heb je daar van 10h tot 22h een excutieve lounge bij met allerhande dranken en hapjes,waar je naar believen in en uit kunt.We waren aangenaam verrast ermee. Zwembaden zeer proper en goed onderhouden. Genoeg strandstoelen en parasols. Strandhandoeken ook voorzien, Toegang tot zee aanwezig ,geen strand maar wel plateaus met ligstoelen en parasols. Hotel is omgeven door verschillende restaurants. Kortom top week gehad. "
