'The room was in poor condition and clearly not well maintained. There were stains on the sheets and on the window bench, the blinds were broken, and there was visible mold on the ceiling. I also found hair on both the sheets and the towels, which made it feel like the room hadn’t been properly cleaned over time. To make matters worse, the door’s deadbolt was loose and appeared to be falling off, which raised safety concerns.'
