'The staff are incredible. Sail went above and beyond to get me here and everyone is so welcoming. They remember names and where everyone is from. I don’t know how they do it but I have never met a more welcoming people than those in Fiji, especially here. They have snorkel gear, kayaks and paddle boards ready to be taken out at anytime. 'Loved the hotel, but you need to make sure you book your dinner otherwise they won’t let you into the restaurant. The staff there were not as enthusiastic as other places, especially the reception. We had to ask for more towels as we only got 2, even though the booking was for 4. Our room wasn’t cleaned and we had to ask for that to be done. The staff at the restaurant were otherwise good and enthusiastic, but I think I got food poisoning from their buffet.'

'We stayed here for 3 nights, went to another (already booked) resort and after that came back in a hurry! We missed the place, the staff, the dogs, everything! Felt very at home here with our kids (7 & 9), had a lot of fun, delicious food and amazing trips. Made memories that will hopefully never fade. '
