'We did arrive during a cyclone at the resort but the staff made sure we were safe and had everything we needed. The activity Manager and Reception staff members were proactive in communicating with us for both activities and transfers. The resort staff was very friendly and responding to all our requests ( even if some would need additional training as the level of service is sometimes inconsistent). 'When you are looking for a luxurious and tropical destination, Tokoriki is the place to go! The cottages are beautifully decorated and all have seaview. The pool is stunning and is the perfect place to enjoy sunset with a nice cocktail. Staff is extremely friendly. The resort offers different trips around the island, the free daily snorkelling trips were great. Overall experience was excellent, but don't expect Michelin star quality food.'
