'If you are deciding between this resort and any other resort, choose this one. It was absolutely amazing. The rooms are beautiful. The service is unsurpassed. The food is delicious and plentiful. They plan excursions for you each day and the excursions are really nice. Beach chairs and umbrellas are set up for you wherever you go, along with a picnic lunch and drinks. 'Snorkelling off the beach is excellent, and there are plenty more options to book tours via the resort. Highly recommend the trip to Modriki - it includes inner reef snorkelling, the sandbar as well as the movie-famous island, we had an excellent day. 'The property and staff show signs of age and rot. It would take too much effort to list every disappointment, but I would like to highlight Sam, at the front desk, as truly inept. I had to switch rooms at one point (not the hotel's fault) and when I asked Sam when we could move the luggage, he had no clue, no interest in finding out, and no interest in our interest. 'Wonderful place, ideal for a honeymoon or a relaxing vacation. Staff were amazing and made us feel like family, specially Silipa and Serai. Shout out to Jim (manager) which cares about customers and knows the names of most guests. Property is very well maintained and clean. Spa is great too. 'Great stay! Be mindful when you board the boat to not wear running shoes as you will be getting off the boat in the sand and water. Our beach hut was big and comfortable. We had an issue with not getting clean shower towels but after some time we did get some. Staff are very friendly and kind. Lots of sunchairs and umbrellas. Plenty of food and small shop for snacks if needed. Bring reef shoes as the sand and the ocean are full of corals and rocks.'
