Guest access
You'll have full access to the entire house, with the exception of the storage room on the first floor and the ADU in the back. Our dedicated house managers will be residing in the ADU/storage room around the clock, ready to assist you with any inquiries or issues that may arise during your stay. All the rooms are located upstairs and guest must climb stairs to access the rooms.

Other things to note
1. No smoking permitted on the property. Any evidence of smoking will result in a 10,000PHP
2. No pets
3. Please remember to turn off the A/C and/or lights when not in use or upon leaving for the day.
4. Quiet hours are observed from 10pm to 8am.
5. Shoes are not allowed inside the house. Slippers to be provided.
6. Parties are strictly prohibited.
7. Unauthorized guests are not permitted inside the house unless authorized.
8. House Managers will be stationed in the ADU at all times, respecting your privacy.
9. Upon arrival, the security guard will request an ID to issue a parking permit. Your ID will be returned upon the permit's return for the day.
10. Please exercise caution on the stairs, especially with children and senior citizens.
