WiFi is not free. Dress code not followed at executive lounge buffet there were guests that are just wearing shorts and slippers and looked like they just got out of bed but they still let them in. Most international guest were seated close to the window by the at view. Locals were accommodated at the corner of the room.

The hotel may be conveniently located close to SM MOA but the walk way connecting the mall to Conrad can be confusing and will get a normal pedestrian lost. I booked a room with a Bay View so I know that the rate would be high. Conrad claims as a high-end,luxury hotel but it is mediocre at best. The room I got had cobwebs on the corners - telling me that either it hasn't been occupied for a while and/or housekeeping did not clean the room thorougly. The floor looks rough. Designed with wood-looking vinyl, the dark scratches on the floor are visible. The mini bar and fridge did not specify if the items are free or not so I decided to leave it alone. The complimentary free breakfast buffet was disappointing. Considering the place was more than half empty, the staff did not pay attention to check on us if we needed refills for our drinks. Overall, I will not recommend this property. I had a better experience at a nearby lower-end hotel with more amenities.

Das Conrad ist ein schönes Hotel, Gym ist mega, leider ist es beim Frühstück etwas hektisch, einfach zu viele Menschen. Die ein oder andere Schönheitsreparatur ist notwendig, aber die Kritik ist nur auf das sehr hohe Niveau der letzten Jahre bezogen.

The lobby is fantastic. Room and bathrooms were 1st rate. Room service food was good but too expensive. Good close reasonably priced was breakfast hard to find. Air conditioning was too cold, but robes were nice. House keeping was excellent, but we left tips and a friendly note every day. The bay view was interesting because if the reclamation projects. These a completely indoor passage to the mall.

Our room that we paid extra for it had a bad odor, on top of that we had drainage problems with the bath and toilets that overflowed the entire bathrooms, we were moved to another room that had some of its own issues. We had dinner in their buffet, we got there before they opened to see what they had, it looked good, unfortunately when we got there some food items were missing, many others were dry as a bone, deserts were full of gelatin, bottom line, the buffet we had in any of Boracay Henann hotels for a 1/3 of the cost of Conrad Manila was way better than what we had in Conrad, they charged us on top of that 360 pesos for a small bottle of sparkling water, when i shared it with the staff all they said is we are sorry, front desk manager was the only one to give us a 10% discount for the buffet only, probably ill look for a different hotel for the next visit...

The staff, restaurant was superior. There are no words to how lovely everyone is and how hard they work. A suggestion, make you ask the bellman how to work the shower? I can’t believe how complicated it was! 2. The only way to get connected to front staff, bellmen, the salon , restaurants is going thru the operator. Half the time you could literally take a shower and dress before you get a person. Then the phones don’t work!
