It is perfect for looking for a modern staycation, experience the great lifestyle that BGC has to offer. Everything is a block away, from classy cafe's and resto/bars to grocery options (Landers is just downstairs!), while across the street is Uptown Mall/Parade.

About Uptown Parksuites...
Uptown Parksuites is a luxury residence located at the Bonifacio Global City. It is a block away, from classy cafe's and resto/bars to grocery options (Landers Supermarket is just downstairs!), while across the street is Uptown Mall/Parade. The condo is a stones throw away too from St. Lukes Hospital and 15-20 mins away from the Ninoy Aquino International Airport.

The mall in front, Uptown Parade, has parking available for 150 PHP overnight, flat. The fees can change so be sure to check before you park at the facility. In any case, the area is convenient to book Grab's, hail taxi cabs or rent scooters (through "Moovr PH")

The elevators in the complex is fast; You'll be down in no time!

The Condo...
The space is new, and offers a cozy, homey atmosphere, perfect for staycations or long-term stays. The interior is modern, and designed for you to rest and enjoy the majestic views of BGC from the 35th floor through the units floor to ceiling window..

> There is a spacious living/dining area with a dining table, couch/sofa bed, equipped with a smart TV where you can stream Netflix (Netflix account included!). There are 2 AC's (1 in the BR, 1 in the LR)
> In the apartment is a comfy queen-sized bed which should put you to sleep in no time. Bedroom has an ensuite toilet w/ hot water, towels and other linens/beddings are provided, hair blower and flatiron (Extra mattress can be provided upon request)
> Kitchen is fully equipped with utensils, tablewares, thermos, pots/pans, a coffee maker, fridge/freezer, a rice cooker and a toaster.
> There is a fully functioning wash and dryer for you to use.
> Brooms, mops are also available.
> Lobby is secured 24/7

- Upon arrival, make sure to read some rules that we have listed down.

4. Refrain from rearranging the furniture
5. No pets allowed
6. Avoid bringing up unregistered guests
7. No smoking
8. Do switch of the AC before you leave
9. Refrain from making any loud noises
10. Make sure to double check if the door is locked before leaving the building.
11. Please take care of any keys entrusted to you (if applicable)
12. Handle our towels and linens with care :)
