BOOKING PROCESS:

1. Check date availability.
2. Confirm your visit dates.
3. Pay the fees and security deposit.
Note: A Php 500.00 security deposit is required to cover potential damages or losses during your stay. This will be refunded after your stay, provided there are no damages or additional charges.
4. Provide the names of guest/s along with valid government issued IDs.
Note: We need the names and corresponding government issued IDs of all guests for registration with Condo Administration.

CHECK-IN PROCESS:

Suite 101F is located at Unit 101 of Building F at Sea Residences. To check-in, please proceed to Building F and present your valid ID and the approved Guest Authorization Form (GAF) which will be sent to guest/s by text or email before check-in.

BUILDING AMENITIES:

Swimming Pool:
- A swimming pass costs Php 150.00 on regular days and Php 300.00 during holidays. Proper swimming attire is required as indicated in the pool area. The pool is open from 6:00am to 10:00pm. Pass/es can be bought by cash from the Administration Office in Tower A/B.

Children's Playground:
- The children's playground is open from 6:00am to 10:00pm. Adult/s supervision is required and are responsible for the safety of the children.

PARKING INFORMATION:

The surrounding areas of all towers offer 24-hour parking. The first 15 minutes are free followed by a rate of Php 50.00 for the first 4 hours, and Php 50.00 for each hour thereafter. For motorcycle, the rate is Php 10.00 for up to 15 minutes and a flat rate of Php 50.00 from 6:00am to 1:30am. Overnight charges apply from 1:30am to 6:00am at a flat rate of Php 300.00 per night. Please note that there is a fee for lost or damaged ticket/s, so it is advisable to check with the
Registration for the latest rate.

Alternatively, there is a public parking area located beside the hotel in front of Towers C&D, which offers lower rates. MAAX near MOA has a flat rate of Php 50.00 for each parking session, with an additional charge of Php 150.00 for overnight parking. It is approximately a 10-minute walk from the location or about an Php 80.00 Grab ride away.

Please ensure your vehicle/s are secured, as the host/s do not insure personal items that may be lost.

HOUSE RULES:

We are delighted to be your hosts, but please make sure that you are guided by these house rules.
- Maximum occupancy is 4 guests.
- No pets allowed.
- Parties or events are prohibited.
- Smoking is not permitted at all times.
- Illegal activities are strictly forbidden in the unit. Proper authority/ies may be contacted for this reason.
- Please exercise caution regarding heat and fire safety while cooking.
- Remember to turn off the air-conditioning when leaving for an extended period of time.
- Do not flush sanitary products, paper towels, or wipes; dispose of them in the trash instead.
- Always ensure the door is locked. The host/s are not responsible for any lost or damaged belongings.

Before you Leave:
- Place used towels in the laundry basket located in the wardrobe closet.
- Collect any trash and host/s will take care of their disposal.
- Please ensure that all appliances, both large and small, are turned-off before checking out. Do not leave any appliances on.
- Ensure you have taken all your personal items or belongings with you.

After your departure, we will inspect the unit and will promptly return your security deposit. Please note that any lost or damaged item/s will be deducted from your deposit, or you may incur additional charges if the costs exceed deposit amount.
