'The staff were brilliant and very friendly. There was everything you could want in a hotel room and more. There were two double beds and a double size fold-out sofa, a fridge freezer, a microwave and a dishwasher in the room. There was also free 24 hour tea and coffee in the lobby and free buffet breakfast in the seating area next to the lobby. The room was cleaned every other day and the cleaning staff were friendly and helpful. We had a great stay.'

'Not all doors work automatically which is hard for me as I have a disability and cannot open the door. The breakfast was not totally cooked, the eggs were rubber, and there are no vegan options other than toast. Appreciate the thought but not worth the price everything is frozen processed food noth made from scratch.'

'This hotel is the most filthy hotel I’ve ever stayed at. I left after one night. People across the hall was arguing all night long. They did not mention they allow the homeless to stay there either. This hotel smells like a dirty ashtray and stale weed. I will never stay here again'

'The 'Residence & Conference Centre' is a college dormitory turned into a (partial) hotel. The "suite" we reserved for a one-night stay was a very basic 2+ person dorm room, best suitable for couples or people (friends, family members) who prefer to have a room for themselves (since there were two separate bedrooms).
