'Awesome newly redone property. Easily parked our boat in the drive, close to both Higgins and Houghton Lake. We are avid road cyclists and the location allowed us to take off each morning for 25-40 mile rides on beautiful paved roads. Highly recommend this property. Will definitely reserve property again if we are looking for a rental in this area. '

'The host was amazing and communication was great! The game area outside was perfect and where we spent most of our time when we were not at the beach. You can walk around the corner to the beach, or there is a beach a short drive away. The beds were comfortable. Definitely would recommend, and will stay again. '

'cute and clean little cabin. it’s not far from S Higgins lake at all for swimming & also close ti Houghton Lake for whatever else you may need. the hot tub is nice and my kids really loved the popcorn maker. i loved that my Pugs were allowed with us there as they’re part of the family too they even have a nice little fenced in yard for them to go potty '
