'Beautiful property, exactly as described. The view is amazing, everything was very clean and many little touches that were very thoughtful (popcorn, lots of tea/coffee, water in the fridge, etc) Had one question for our contact person and they responded within 5 minutes. Great stay!'

'Unable to enter the property, due to "worn out"key. Had to call VRBO many times, got shuffled back and forth. We were in town in plenty of time but because of inability in get in or out of rental missed a get together and dinner. Finally someone arrived to give us a working key at 8PM, check-in was 4PM. The gentleman that "fixed" the key issue lived in Florence! VRBO totally dropped the ballon this one!'

'This is a nice location and place. Just 2 things, there is an unpleasant odor that seems to coming from couch and there were no coffee cups or cups you heat up. Extremely disappointed in Vacasa service who said they would resolve issue, but never heard from them again during my week stay. Had to buy my own coffee mug, despite coffee maker in house. '
