'The owners paid a lot of attention to the details of making sure we had everything we might need. The place was very comfortable with very nice amenities (stocked kitchen, extra supplies, hot tub, etc.) The view of the river was lovely. We enjoyed our stay there very much.'

'I have rented a lot of vacation homes over several decades, and this might be my favorite of all time. Perfect for a couple or a small family. Amenities were above adequate, view was amazing, and the private beach entry made me never want to leave. All the furniture has been updated since the pictures were taken for the listing, so that was an added bonus. This is my first time renting anything through VRBO, and the check in and check out procedures were as simple as I have ever experienced....

'We have stayed in many VRBO and this one did not meet our expectations. It is managed by a company and had no homey touches you usually find. Plus no instructions about appliances, garbage, amenities. More than half the windows do not have shades or curtains. Lots of hooks on the walls for clothes but not a lot of closet space. The hot tub was nice, the beds were comfortable and lots of hot water for the shower. Kitchen has just the basics. The place has the feel of grandma’s outdated lake...

'Beautiful house in a remote and quiet location right on the water. Only issue was attempting to contact the manager, but thats because there is no service at the house, so not their fault. Access to the water from the house is just a few steps from the backyard.'
