'The home is an old coastie home right on the bluff overlooking the ocean. What a view! Although the home is older, the owners have remodeled, upgraded and made the home into a little gem. It was very clean and very well stocked with nice fluffy towels and washcloths, plenty of kitchen gadgets and full sized laundry room. Everything inside worked. You can tell the owners take pride in making this home very comfortable for guests. Location is 2 blocks from the heart of Nye Beach but enough...

'We liked the accommodations - very well appointed. What we did not like was the outside area. Online pictures did not match the current conditions. We were also surprised to find that we had to climb stairs. The location was not the best, but it didn’t appear to be unsafe. We would not be returning.'

'Adele was an amazing host. We were only in Brookings for one night but it was one of our favorite stops in our entire trip! She is so kind and her home is definitely a work of art. Her attention to detail and preserving the natural landscape made this property one of my top ten. I will be back again and again!'

'The place was perfect for my family. Full kitchen, dining room table for us all to eat at. Nice back yard to hang out and play Corn Hole and PIG!! The Pac-Man machine was fun to play. Only 2 blocks to the beach and boardwalk. About .75 miles to downtown Seaside. I would stay there again and recommend to my family and friends.'

We enjoy the many books the rental had to offer and even completed on of their puzzles. The beach just a few blocks away down a beautiful path and felt secluded as this is not as popular of a shoreline as nearby towns.'
