'We had a great time at the beach! Relaxed in the hot tub and enjoyed pool.'

'Our family consists of 22 people. Grandkids ranging in the ages of 16 down to three. Everyone had a great time. There was plenty of space to spread the kids out. We enjoyed walking down to the beach every day. The kitchen is well equipped. All of the regular bedding is great. Some of the fold out beds were a little suspect and we didn’t use them. '

'The carpets and floors were dirty and every inch of woodwork was nicked and battered. We had to wash everything in the kitchen before using it. The kitchen drawers and cupboards were dirty inside and out. One of the showers was not functional and it was a bathtub only bathroom. The bathrooms were ok but were not exceptionally well cared for. The master had the start of mold in several places. One of the toilets was slanted and leaning to one side. The landscaping was overgrown. The furnishings...

'This location was perfect by all metrics! Clean, spacious, attractive, well appointed, safe, conveniently located with everything in good working order. We couldn’t have been more pleased. If we return to Lincoln City, this would be our first choice of places to stay. '

'The house had a beautiful view of the ocean. We did have a bit of an ant problem, and had to throw away some of our food. They were relentless, and the downstairs basement bedrooms had a bit of an odor but everything else was wonderful. There were a lot of stairs. '

'This was our second time staying at this property. The house is comfortable and clean. The game room in the basement is the perfect hang out for families or if you have younger (tween, teen) travelers. The owners are highly responsive to messages. We have stayed at other Bella Beach properties and this is far and away our favorite. '

'Clean and tidy. Great for my husband and I to have a quick get away. Loved the deck and how close it was to the beach. We did have dinner in one night and i would caution oven temp seems to cook hotter than expected.'

'Everything was wonderful. Lots of space, clean and private. Kitchen had lots of pans and bowls, but limited appliances. We needed to make mashed potatoes and there was no masher or mixer. Love that there was a teapot and large mugs. '
