The bathrooms and bedrooms were clean and comfortable. I would suggest getting a bigger couch to accommodate more guests that could be easily cleaned. This seems to be a common problem in rental property. The host was excellent. He communicates very well and is friendly.'

Our group loved the location. We walked to Whole Foods, found coffee just a few blocks away (but we could have made our own with supplies provided by host), explored all of Old Town on foot, and parked each day at Eisenhower Station for an easy ride into the DC. 'It was a quick trip to Mt Vernon and we enjoyed our stay. The kitchen was adequate, but could use more silverware and plates. Also needs another kitchen towel or two. We had 7 people eating and eating together as a family was very tight at one table. Thank you.'

'This home was very beautiful. We had little to no issues. There was a misunderstanding about how the heating/cooling system worked. The owner was very attentive to any and every need we had. He was very quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had. I wish he would've disclosed in advance that he would be residing in the basement during our stay. It may the stay a little awkward. Please ask lots of questions before booking to eliminate certain surprises. Other than that, I would recommend...
