'Overall it was a great stay but we were disappointed when our room got downgraded because of a wedding. The staff offered us a late check out and a small amount of spa credits but we really wanted to room we paid for originally. Overall they did the best they could to accommodate but best you confirm with them ahead if you book a room on the water'

'Prima uitvalsbasis voor tripjes in het zuiden van Toscane. hadden een appartement. Park netjes, goed onderhouden. Appartement zag er prima uit en bovenal is het mooi gelegen. we hadden een prachtig uitzicht op magliano in toscane en verderop de zee.'

'The hotel does not deserve the low rating here. I think it's quite a good hotel. I had a silent single room. The room was clean and tidy, the staff were smiling and friendly. The breakfast was good but a bit of variety would be even better. The wifi worked well. The hotel has a large underground parking place. The only complain is the bed, it was way to hard for me, uckily I was way too tired as well:)'

'Hotel a 10 minuti a piedi dal centro del paese, dotato di ampio parcheggio. Bello l'ingresso dove si è accolti da personale cortese e preparato. La struttura è pulita, silenziosa e confortevole. In camera avevamo l'idromassaggio e il bagno turco. La vasca con l'idromassaggio, dopo una giornata trascorsa in giro con più di 40 gradi, ci ha rigenerati. Ottimo il ristorante dove abbiamo cenato davvero bene. Rimanendo una sola notte, non abbiamo provato la Spa, peccato. Se passate da Castel del Piano...
