Villa's in Maresme

'Pros: Use of facilities especially the Pool. and roof terrace. fantastic views out to sea and down the coast past Barcelona Cons: The property needs some upgrades as some of the fixtures and fittings are in need of replacement as they look tired and dated The Bathrooms especially need renewing as trims loose and shower only partially worked'

Vielen Dank '

'The host was nice and accommodating, good communication! The place was beautiful, and the view was breathtaking!!! The pool was a plus after walking around all day and being able to go for a swim to relax! There was plenty of bedrooms for my group of 9. Will come back again and will recommend it to others!'

'We stayed here as a family of 8 adults and 3 toddlers and it was perfect for our holiday. There were plenty of beds and bedrooms with clean sheets and lots of towels. Very rare for this area and handy as we were in the pool every day. The kids loved the pool with its shallow shelf and a deeper section for the adults. With such a large group, the two bathrooms made getting ready in the mornings so much easier.Susana and her husband are so welcoming and friendly, communication was a pleasure. 'Heerlijke plek! Echt genoten '

'This is an exceptionally rare find. We thoroughly enjoyed our extended family reunion, staying 8 days at this villa. The property is huge (more than 1 hectar), surrounded by forest. It's super quiet, fully private and safe. The pool is great, and the grounds are unbelievable: there is even a creek and an olive garden. The house is large, seems new (2012?) but designed in an old style. It takes about 1 h drive with modest traffic to get to Barcelona, 25-30 min to Girona, 20-25 min to the closest...

'Fantastic week, everything perfect for a large group of 25 including young kids! Thank you so much'

'Amazing view ! Overall the villa was clean and very well equipped. I would 100% recommend to stay there. By the way Catalunya Casas' team was on top ! Very easy to reach them, and quick answers. Adding some pictures of the sea view would be an interesting feature.'

'Pros: Mooie villa, heel mooi uitzicht, prima zwembad!
