'Property was spacious, clean with fantastic sea views. The property is in a peaceful location whilst having the advantage of being walking distance to Margate. We stayed for one night for a concert in Margate so we didn’t really use the kitchen but it was fully equipped and would be great for longer stays and holidays. We hope we can return again one day soon. '

'I highly recommend Little Eaton. It is a complete home from home. It has everything you need, spotlessly clean, in a great location and Zach is a very attentive host. 4 of us stayed comfortably here, the courtyard garden and parking space right next to the house are both an absolute bonus.
