'A friend and I found this beautiful oasis for our three day stay. The spotless trailer had everything one could need. The hummingbirds and goats were a nice bonus, but what made it most special was the creek that ran right alongside the trailer. The sound of the creek, crickets, and frogs is a wonderful respite from the city noises. Sylvia is such a fine person and added so much to our enjoyment. I will definitely stay again. Loved it!!'

'The Beach House was great for us! Very close to the main street of Carpinteria as well as the beach. We had a dog and an eleven year old with us and both enjoyed the house. The porches were great for relaxing an taking in the scenery. Beautiful backyard as well. The home owner was very responsive and easy to contact. We hope to be able to return someday!'

'We absolutely loved our stay at Chris’s cabin! It was very large and perfectly located in this little end of a cul-de-sac. Even though there is a hill behind the cabin, I felt very safe having my kids play out front on their own. The view is spectacular, it’s very private and so comfortable. Bonus was the extraordinary weather allowing us to really use the ocean side patio & yard. Be forewarned, the driveway is steep....very tricky to back down a large SVU. We managed! Looking on line the pictures are beautiful but still don't do it justice. Located on a mountain side totally secluded and over looking the pacific ocean is hard to beat. We like hiking and there are trails all over the place. If a hiking trail is not your thing you can just walk right out your front door walk the streets up and down...

'No frills house with a nice view of the ocean across a busy freeway. The tv upstairs did not have cable and was not compatible with streaming apps. So there was no way to watch tv upstairs. The dishwasher was not working and had black mold in it. I ran a load and then had to wash them again by hand. The kitchen is not stocked well. Needs hand towels, baking sheets, baking dishes, etc. It was difficult to make meals. The company was helpful and quick to respond to texts but the house needs some...
