'We selected this hotel because it had a beautiful view in the picture. When we arrived it had a lovely view of the sea, better than we expected. We had saved our money for one night to have a romantic evening with a view of the sea and bird watching in the early morning. But the room had many spiders, the sliding glass door didn’t securely lock (it would be easy for someone to break in), and people above us partied until 2;00 am. We were awake all night. No romantic evening with a beautiful view...

'What a lovely stay we had at Sayulinda. The staff are friendly, helpful, accommodating and have a great smiles. The rooftop pool is a little slice of heaven with inviting cabanas, yummy margaritas and ocean views. Being centrally located made it easy to walk everywhere and being close the beautiful beach. 'Our room was wonderful -very clean and spacious. All of the staff members were friendly and helpful. We had a beautiful distant ocean view from our balcony and also a beautiful view looking down on the lush garden and pool area. The pool was super clean and very warm. The rooftop deck had great views and the resturant had very good food. We will definitely return again!'

'The room was so interesting and beautiful. But the grounds were the best part, the outside areas were serene and well landscaped. My friend and I enjoyed sitting out or enjoying a hammock by the river often. I also enjoyed that there was a small row boat that I could row over to the beach area. We had our first dinner there and it was the most delicious meal of our 14 day trip (the volcano one).'

'Ocean view from our balcony- lovely! The staff are kind and friendly, always laughing. The property isn’t fancy but it is clean, comfortable and has an excellent swimming pool. We very much enjoyed our stay and will be back. '
