'Absolutely loved the resort. The staff was exceptional. So kind and friendly and we were constantly offered rides in the golf cart while we were in the lobby and walking around the resort. Our room was so clean and it was cleaned daily always with new towels and a restock of the drinks in our fridge, and the shampoo and body wash smelt SO GOOD, I’m trying to find it for my house lol. The food options were pretty good, I would say the Mexican buffet for breakfast and dinner, especially dinner,...

'My husband and I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. It is slightly off the beaten path, which made it quiet and enjoyable for us. We walked to the beach and to “downtown” San Poncho every day. The restaurant at the hotel was wonderful we enjoyed amazing fresh fruit and delicious coffee every morning and we had dinner there one night as well, all were 10/10. The staff was lovely and helpful. We would absolutely stay here again. '

'AC did not work but the fan worked. Some of the furniture was worn or broken. But overall, for Mexico, and especially Yelapa where there are limited amenities, it was fairly good. The staff were helpful, especially Ismar, who spoke some English. As my Spanish is poor I was grateful for that!'

'The room was so interesting and beautiful. But the grounds were the best part, the outside areas were serene and well landscaped. My friend and I enjoyed sitting out or enjoying a hammock by the river often. I also enjoyed that there was a small row boat that I could row over to the beach area. We had our first dinner there and it was the most delicious meal of our 14 day trip (the volcano one).'

'Al llegar al hotel antes del check-in reguardan el equipaje pero cuando me entregaron la habitación el personal que entrega las maletas no aparecía que tuve que agarrar mi maleta, al querer ingresar a uno de sus restaurantes no había personal que me recibiera, ni mencionaba un código de vestimenta, que opte por ingresar, al estar comiendo es cuando me menciona que no podría estar con playera pero aun asi me dejaron comer, soy de que en ocasiones quiero fumar un cigarrillo, que pregunte donde...

'Room was clean. The price is right. It’s clean but basic. There's towels but not soap, shampoo. Spacious room, tv, wifi, continental breakfast. Parking is infront ofnthe building in a non-gated area but it's safe. Its was good for me for one night.thank you. '

'L’accueil exceptionnel digne des hôtels 5* par Isai. Deco mexicaine de bon goût, coloré, petite boutique vendant des produits d’artisans locaux. Eco/pet friendly très bien situé près de l’avenue principale et à quelques minutes de marche de la belle plage. Juste noté que la piscine est à 3 min de marche mais dans un décor enchanteur.'
