'The hotel does not include extras you may expect like coffee and drinking water. It is difficult to swim at the beach because of the rocks and shallow entry. The owner owns most all of the hotels and restaurants along this strip so there isn’t much competition for prices. Better to walk a block up for better prices in the restaurants. 'We selected this hotel because it had a beautiful view in the picture. When we arrived it had a lovely view of the sea, better than we expected. We had saved our money for one night to have a romantic evening with a view of the sea and bird watching in the early morning. But the room had many spiders, the sliding glass door didn’t securely lock (it would be easy for someone to break in), and people above us partied until 2;00 am. We were awake all night. 'The room was so interesting and beautiful. But the grounds were the best part, the outside areas were serene and well landscaped. My friend and I enjoyed sitting out or enjoying a hammock by the river often. I also enjoyed that there was a small row boat that I could row over to the beach area. We had our first dinner there and it was the most delicious meal of our 14 day trip (the volcano one).'

'We had a wonderful stay at the Grand Palladium Vallarta and would absolutely return. It was perfect for a family vacation. The beach and ocean swimming were excellent, and one of the highlights of our trip was seeing so many whales right from the resort. 'The buildings and the rooms in this well maintained resort are the main attraction, the nature and the views are the strongest point. There are several restaurants on the site, however they were cloased most of the time, so the general buffet restaurant was the only option for dinner; and unfortunately is looks rather cheap and the food is rather average (and the house wine is undrinkable). The breakfast restaurant is much nice and has better food. For lunch yo better head to the beach...

Es Spa es un poco chico, pero agradable y pondria mas equipo en el gimnasio (el Four Seasons si tiene mejor gimnasio). 'This place! Amazing, everyone so friendly, air con was wonderful, nice exterior sitting area, every appliance you could wish for and to top it off Denny dishes, we were so impressed. The staff went out of their way to be accommodating, room service three times a week, Oscar and bar staff were amazing and helpful. Shuttle up to town whenever required, beach 11/2 blocks away.
