'Carlos nuestro concierge nos ayudó a que la estadía fuera agradable. En general todo el staff desde los meseros en piscinas hasta las hostess en los restaurantes junto con meseros en restaurantes se esmeraron por brindar un servicio de optima calidad!! La propiedad y el cuarto estuvieron siempre limpios y ordenados. Toda la comida fue deliciosa.'

'Overall a pretty bad experience. Our check-in was decent, but when we didn't want to go to the walk through where they sell there travel club package they called and text me multiple time around 8 am, waking us up multiple times, begging us to go. The pools were so dirty you couldnt see the bottom of the pool the first half of our stay. The a la carte restaurants were pretty gross. It took almost 30 mins for someone to come take drink/food orders, after that the food came pretty quick....

'We selected this hotel because it had a beautiful view in the picture. When we arrived it had a lovely view of the sea, better than we expected. We had saved our money for one night to have a romantic evening with a view of the sea and bird watching in the early morning. But the room had many spiders, the sliding glass door didn’t securely lock (it would be easy for someone to break in), and people above us partied until 2;00 am. We were awake all night. No romantic evening with a beautiful view...

'What a lovely stay we had at Sayulinda. The staff are friendly, helpful, accommodating and have a great smiles. The rooftop pool is a little slice of heaven with inviting cabanas, yummy margaritas and ocean views. Being centrally located made it easy to walk everywhere and being close the beautiful beach. ' Only real problem was our room. When we checked in there was water on the bathroom floor which is pretty slippery on tile floors. I tracked it to a drip coming from bathroom sink. I complained about it, a maintenance guy came spent a few minutes and said all fixed. It wasn’t. Luckily I had I frisbee which I put under the sink and it caught most of the water. Next day I told them it wasn’t fixed, showed the guy where the water was coming from and he said he could not fix it. They offered...

'Entire resort super clean . Staff amazingly friendly . Shout out to our butler Josue for always going above and beyond for us ! Food was always fresh and sooo good ! Only thing to be aware of is there are lots of stairs .. everywhere . Pool was always super clean . '

'Buen día, me gustaria levantar una queja reservamos del día jueves 12 de febrero al día de hoy a nombre de Clarybel Herrera el tema es que solicitamos el servicio de planchado de una prenda porque teniamos un evento y me hecharon a perder la prenda carisima por cierto pero esa no es la queja si no el tema que yo quede mal en mi evento la verdad se me hace una grosería por parte del hotel ya que la habitación evidentemente no me costo 5 pesos; espero que se hagan responsables por dicha prenda y...

'The room was so interesting and beautiful. But the grounds were the best part, the outside areas were serene and well landscaped. My friend and I enjoyed sitting out or enjoying a hammock by the river often. I also enjoyed that there was a small row boat that I could row over to the beach area. We had our first dinner there and it was the most delicious meal of our 14 day trip (the volcano one).'
