'Muy buen hotel'

'Our suite was clean, though there were a few small things that could use attention. Overall, everything was okay. The staff experience was mixed—some employees didn’t have the best attitudes. It may have been due to the heat, but regardless, customer service should remain a priority. Guests should still feel welcomed and treated well. The resort is definitely family-friendly. The kids had a great time and really enjoyed themselves. The pools were clean, and the bartenders did an excellent job...

'La comida no es muy buena y las instalaciones son viejas, no hay bar en ninguna alberca y no hay música en casi ninguna parte del hotel y tampoco te dejan poner tu bocina. Pensé que por ser fiesta americana iba a ser calidad pero me dejó mucho que desear la verdad.'

'Nice property but for the same price, I’d prefer to visit other properties instead. I felt that amenities and food options were limited. I know the property is growing; however dinner and breakfast options were very limited and overpriced for the quality and quantity.'

'My husband and I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. It is slightly off the beaten path, which made it quiet and enjoyable for us. We walked to the beach and to “downtown” San Poncho every day. The restaurant at the hotel was wonderful we enjoyed amazing fresh fruit and delicious coffee every morning and we had dinner there one night as well, all were 10/10. The staff was lovely and helpful. We would absolutely stay here again. '

'Hotel is fine but the description is misleading and not transparent. Property is not on the beach. You have to go around private houses. Don’t trust the pictures. It says all inclusive but there are many hidden charges. It says amenities but nothing is actually available and you have to pay charges to use certain amenities. So it’s not all inclusive. Hotel and staff are not very flexible. This is different from other all inclusive hotels in Puerto Vallarta. Disappointing. Kids club is not really...

'Los Picos Bucerias was awesome. We stayed on the 6th floor hotel room overlooking the ocean and enjoyed the views and amazing sunsets. The restaurant was excellent and the drinks were great by the pool. We would recommend this hotel to anyone. This hotel is a short walk to Bucerias market and many excellent restaurants with great food choices.'
