'Beautiful big pools with great activities staff. Entertainment was fun, great food, especially the taco bar on the beach, French restaurant in the train car and the Mexican and Japanese restaurants. 'AC did not work but the fan worked. Some of the furniture was worn or broken. But overall, for Mexico, and especially Yelapa where there are limited amenities, it was fairly good. The staff were helpful, especially Ismar, who spoke some English. As my Spanish is poor I was grateful for that!'

'The room was so interesting and beautiful. But the grounds were the best part, the outside areas were serene and well landscaped. My friend and I enjoyed sitting out or enjoying a hammock by the river often. I also enjoyed that there was a small row boat that I could row over to the beach area. 'Overall the property is well kept considering the finished wood stairs and rafters. All the staff are very courteous, kind, and helpful. We had almost left some personal items in the room and just 5 mins after checking out, we were informed that we left items in the cooler. We were able to go back to the room to recover our items.
