'This was by far the best experience I've had with a vacation home rental. The homeowners were so fast to respond to every message, and they gave very detailed answers to every question I asked. Not only was the house super clean, it was so well-provisioned, and since I forgot to pack shampoo & conditioner, I definitely appreciated that! The small notebook they provided for guests to read through about the area was a nice touch, too. I'm looking forward to finding a reason to return to the area...

'Very clean, very spacious. Host responded to all communications quickly. Our dogs appreciated the large, fenced yard to wander. Neighborhood is interesting and there's a rooster in the yard behind the property that starts cockle-a-doodle-dooing at 4:46am. We will stay here again.'

'How this property ever got numerous 10 stars is beyond my comprehension; very obviously fake reviews. The shower floor was nasty. There was what appeared to be black mold under kitchen sink. Floors were uneven and sinking in spots. Roof covered with tarp. Walls were particle board and mismatched pieces of scrap wood. Overall, we had to question the integrity of the home. Owner did not sent check- in info on day of until we called an hour after check-in time. Left shortly after seeing the place....
