Communication with the host was above and beyond. She not only responded quickly, but also gave a ton of extra information that was really helpful. The place was beautiful, and the view incredible. One thing I didn't realize is the pool is a shared pool with other people on the property. However, we pretty much always had it to ourselves whenever we wanted to use it. It's basically a large house divided into maybe 4 units, with this one being on the middle level, behind another unit. You do need to take stairs down to get to the pool. The barbeque area was very nice, and the owner's son helped us get the charcoal grill lit one night when we wanted to have dinner in. The location was off the beaten path, and therefore nice and quiet and relaxing. Only one of the bedrooms has the patio doors out to the deck and view. The other bedroom is on the non-view side, but still nice. There is plenty of space in the kitchen/dining area and living room. It has a nice, open concept. We spent most of our time out on the deck, though, or by the pool when we were there. Due to the solar heated water, the shower does not get warm at night (just something to be aware of). It's otherwise a very nice shower. We had a very slow drain while we were there, which was not the best to shower in, but I'm sure the host will get that fixed for future guests. Overall, we were very pleased with our stay and would highly recommend this place to other travelers.
