'Lo único que puedo comentar como critica constructiva es que el centro de la puerta de mi cuarto no están bien ajustadas y cuando hay cambio de precion en el pasillo suenan. Es problema de construcción del que fabrico la puerta. De lo de más muy satisfecho.'

'We had a truly wonderful stay at the Hyatt. The resort is stunning, with beautiful pools and beach access, as well as so many great amenities. The open air lobby and restaurants are lovely. 'Heerlijk hotel, mooie kamer en super lekker zwembad. De locatie ligt ver weg van de drukte rondom san juan. Bestemmingen als regenwoud en liguillo beach zijn met de auto goed bereikbaar (ruim een uur). Mooie omgeving om lekker rond te rijden. Hotel biedt ook voldoende om een paar dagen lekker te relaxen.'

'A/C worked great but they request you don’t turn it below 75° due to condensation- which, for a menopausal lady in a tiny room, was a bit warm. Didn’t see any bugs in rooms. Able to access rooms easily with clear instructions. No windows in rooms. Small spot of blood on one of the pillowcases, but linens overall clean. Towels were clean (4 beach towels and 4 bathing towels). Walls need a good cleaning - it looked like bugs had been smashed on the walls but not sufficiently cleaned....

'Excellent staff, clean roomie rooms. Only downside was ferry to Palomino island broke down and our scheduled trip there was delayed one day. Upside, resort gave a 4:00 pm check out so we could go to the island the day we were checking out.'

'Awesome and cute location. It is right accross from the beach. Within walking distance to downtown square. The room was perfect. The staff were amazing, friendly, accommodating. The A/C is cold as ice. They provide beach towels and chairs. They have boogie boards but charge $10 to rent which is understandable.
