'The photos don't do it justice. The view of the river was awesome. Just sitting in the back yard watching the boats and freighters was so relaxing. We'd definitely stay here again.'

'This house is great. I wish we had more time - cute town Great Lake. I had my elderly mother with me and the house has 2 bedrooms on the 1st floor so that was great. There are stairs to get in the front door though. The garage is a great place for gathering and spending time with loved ones. The yard is huge - our dogs loved this place too!'

'its a great historic house with a large living space. Everything is updated. walking distance to downtown and the river. We were in town for a funeral and visiting relatives so we only used the house for sleeping, showering and getting dressed. the house was clean and well stocked with towels and everything we needed. I would stay there again.'

'Pet friendly but yard should be cleaned between stays. I understand not easy to do in Dec but we felt poop hadn’t been picked up for quite some time. Fairly clean home but could be improved. Picked up chewed gum off floor, cup under couch, earring and safety pin off liv room and bedroom carpets. The perfume smell very strong in entire house. Overall, worked for us. '

'Great for fishing at Lake St Clair. Only 5 min to 2 different ramps. Easy to find and parking for a truck/trailer no problem. Safe area as well. Inside was in good shape, utilities worked and kitchen was stocked fairly well. Would stay again if in area.'

'The home is very clean! It was like staying at grandma's house. She left me water and snacks. Spa robes folded so cute on the bed. The backyard was perfect for relaxing. The neighborhood is peaceful! I would highly recommend this place!!! Thank you Dee for being an amazing host!'
