'Communication with the host was excellent and they were flexible with our request to check out a little later which was very much appreciated. Hot tub was excellent. The property was spacious and had everything we needed. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend'

'Quiet room. Excellent food.'

'Really clean room. Boutique decor.'

'Fabulous! The staff are the real highlight of the hotel - they were so friendly, cheerful and helpful. The breakfast was delicious both days and the carpark easy to access. Considering the fact it has a pub attached was also quiet and couldn’t be in a better location for exploring Lincoln Cathedral and castle. Would definitely stay again.'

'Room OK, staff ok, breakfast nogo'
